A wonderfull looking frequency healing device
A wonderfull looking, easy to use device for frequency healing. Tons of frequencies to choose from. I did feel something but I also felt some discomfort whilst I'm using other devices for stimulating the nervus vagus. Mister Wang, the ceo, gave me another 30 days returning oppertunity to try it longer. He was very helpful and compassionate about my situation. He offert me good solution to send my package back. Costumer service is outstanding. The product is beautiful to see. And I recommend it to anyone who's into frequency healing.

Great results
It is wonderful to have a method of helping my health without relying on medication. I have 2 AHA halos and have had incredible results using the pineal gland and vagus nerve programmes. My quality of sleep has improved beyond all recognition. I am having a great time experimenting with different programmes and looking forward to finding more improvements.

My big toe joint started to hurt and became swollen. I couldn't go running and even walking was difficult and it didn't want to go away. The liver meridian goes to the big toe and I started experimenting with the liver pathway program. I got the toe fixed and I am running again.

Small power house
I have two Halos and I truly love them.They are my daily company. This little portable devices are real power houses packed with healing frequencies. The database is constantly upgraded with new programs and they are fantastic. Since I have the Halo, my sleep and several health issues have improved drastically. It helps me through the day as you can now load 50 programs into the Halo and then you can run them as desired.
With both Halos I had trouble to upgrade the new firmware and got stuck with a black or frozen screen. I asked the support team for help and they were just amazing. Vicky and Nicole were so patient and friendly and finally we got both issues solved. It is such a pleasure to deal with this company and with a whole bunch of rather friendly, helpful and knowlegeable people. Thank you so much and also thank you John White and his team for creating this wonderful device.

Despite having a new laptop I experienced one after another very stubborn problems with software and upgrade installations, and in each case Nicole Luo was very patient with me and helped me to solve successfully all problems!
Amazing customer support
I had my Halo for less than 2 months when a firmware update came out and I ran into all kinds of issues, including my device "freezing" with firmware update on screen. Many emails back and forth. I thought the situation was hopeless, as I followed all the instructions, but could not complete the update. I was even prepared to purchase another device. I did a google search for possible solutions, and I followed the suggestion to try a different cable. Voila!! Quick and easy update followed. Back to a working Halo... it was that easy. Throughout the whole process, Vicky in support was awesome, providing every possible solution (except neither one of us thought to try a different USB cable). Yet she was patient and encouraging through the whole process, confident that there was a solution, and I wouldn't have to invest in another device. I probably will at some point though, as I would like to have all the frequencies available, without having to go back to the software to remove and add different frequencies. I love my Halo, use it daily, addressing a whole gamut of issues, including lyme, chronic fatigue, and pretty much everything that is offered. I wholeheartedly recommend this device and applaud the amazing customer support this company provides.
Solving a firmware upgrade issue
I had an issue while trying to upgrade the firmware of my second Aha Halo. Lisa Zhang provided support and it was great to get a prompt response and showing interest in helping to find a solution. After a couple of emails I was able to get an update and finally get my Halo with the latest firmware. Thanks so much!

I had a little bit of an issue with installation. A lady named Nicole helped me and all is good now. They got back to me in one day.
Also with the aha halo, I had a sinus headache in my right temple for three days getting worse I put on the aha program for sinus and nasal issues and it was gone in about 20 minutes or less. Yay.

My Halo has been with me for over a year…
I've had my Halo since the beginning, ordered in the pre-order phase. I've had it on me nonstop since it arrived! It's been very helpful for everything from sleep to mood regulation to aches and pains to migraines. I've only had once situation where the software glitched a little in an update, but customer service was immediate and solved the problem easily. Really happy with my Halo, and really happy with the company.

These people are amazing! So kind! So helpful! So quick in answering. I could not update my device and within a day the problem was easily and quickly solved. This device is a wonder of goodness!I have been using it for over a year and I could not do without it now. So user-friendly, so easy and efficient on so many comfort, wellness and health issues! Software and Firmware Upgrade Support
Had some issues with the new major upgrade where our halo would not accept the new firmware despite us following the installation steps to the letter :-( - HOWEVER THE SUPPORT TEAM were fantastic and committed and sent me an even newer version of the software for the App (the PC based part of the system), which initially did not work either - but then we used the more manual "File - Check for new Firmware - Select Port" process and it worked - so we are back to normal :-).
The main thing that drives my 5 stars is that my experience is even if their suggestions do not initially succeed they dont just give up - they are dedicated to customer satisfaction and making your Halo function as expected.

I bought the AHA Harmony as soon as it was released and have loved it since. They just upgraded the device from holding 30 programs to 50 with a firmware update. I needed assistance with the update since I have an early version of the device. Nicole helped me, elevated the issue and stuck with me until the upgrade worked, which it did! I was grateful she helped me through it until the issue was successfully resolved. Great service and a great product, that just got even better!
