Unzuverlässig und mangelhafte Qualität
Erst 19 Tage nach Bestellung erfolgte eine Teillieferung von mehreren Ersatzteilen, Kolbenrollen, von denen eine ein schwergängiges Lager aufwies (minderwertiger Nachbau). Die anderen Teile wurden dann erst auf Nachfrage nach inzwischen 23 Tagen losgeschickt, offenbar nicht einmal per Express, obwohl ich auf den inzwischen entstandenen Zeitdruck hingewiesen hatte - ich warte noch immer. Auf Nachfrage per Email erhält man eine lapidare Standard Entschuldigung. Der Shop ist trotz Angabe von 2 Handynummern nicht telefonisch erreichbar. - Ich habe noch nie einen so unzuverlässigen Ersatzteil-Lieferanten und so schlechten Service erlebt.
