Hello,
I ordered Tsipouro with Anise 700ml Tirnavos, and my invoice clearly states "Tsipouro with Anise".
When the bottle arrived, I trusted that the correct product had been sent, so I opened it. Only after opening it did I notice that the bottle is actually labelled "Anise Free".
I specifically ordered the anise version, not the anise-free version. The invoice confirms that I purchased the anise product, so this mistake was not caused by me.
I have attached photos of both the bottle and the invoice for reference.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange a replacement with the correct Tsipouro with Anise or advise me on how we can resolve this issue.
