I made a booking for a large villa in Lanzarote in April 2025 for a holiday for 14 people in March 2026. The process was easy. The villa was as described and matched the photos. Agni travel answered all of my questions beforehand really quickly. I couldn’t fault them at all. I would use them again for sure

Great villa, great location.
Ideal for families.
Villa had everything we needed and was lovely and clean.

The Villa Calma was in a nice clean quiet part of Playa Blanca. It has a lovely private pool and is spacious and well maintained. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. There are a number of small shops and nice restaurants only 10 minutes away.
The agent ‘Juanma’ was easy to contact and responded quickly to any queries. We would recommend this property to other families seeking a relaxing sunshine break.

The villa was exactly as in the pictures

Not maintaining proper pickup time and drop time..it cause so much inconvenience for me not good..
And asked for cancelation of ticket that also not done..not good service

Just writing this review regarding our stay in paula villa costa teguise
On our arrival we had to wait for cleaners to finish sitting on our casae in the heat

Then when we entered the rooms were nit cleaned to a high standard especially the pool and outside areas

I did report this and next day cleaners just turned up , no notification as we were all sunbathing

There is an outside building which the lock is broken and small children could easily have entered as there was chemicals everyhere on shelves

I did contact the owners when we got back about this and basically they told me that no one was hurt
This place is dirty and dated
The rooms smelt of damp and the pool has green dirt around all edges

Book elswhere a d dont waste your money it could ruin your holiday

Excellent service. I entered the house a few minutes before schedule and the alarm went off. I contacted the agency, and within minutes the issue was sorted out and they followed up also. Very professional service.

Everything came together to give an amazing holiday. The Villa, the communications between all parties and the fantastic scenery and views from all parts looking out from the Villa. Can’t say thank you enough.

BE CAREFUL - SCAM!
We booked the Villa Binimelis on AirBnB for 4 nights, which was managed by the owner "Richard" officially, but all communication per email was done with AgniTravel Agency.
The property was completely uninhabitable, with multiple pest infestations (ants, mosquitoes, larvea -- see photos), unclean beds (hair, etc.), mold in the ACs, etc. Also, there were multiple signs of breakins and even notes by the owner that there are frequently people trying to steal items, but no security measures taken.
After demanding a refund, the owner was very unpleasant and denied any wrongdoing (despite video and photoevidence) with both us and the AirBnB mediation support.
Please DO NOT BOOK with this Agency or "Richard" on AirBnB as it is not worth any money and a definite scam.

Recently used a villa in Paphos Cyprus from this company and things were great until we arrived. They sell you the perfect holiday let before you arrive and when you get there, it’s really not what you have been expecting. My advice is advise them like the plague!

When we arrived at Villa Coral Bay 5, what we arrived to was incredibly disappointing.

Outside the pool is stained green and was not clean on arrival. The outside sun loungers were also all stained and generally rundown.

Upon entering the villa we were greeted with walls that were clearly damp and had visible mould on them (I have photo evidence). The paint was peeling and crumbling in areas in the living room and in the kitchen, a large section of the wall looked wet with yellow and black marks on, as well as crumbling and peeling paint. In the downstairs bedroom there are yellow stains on the wall and again, crumbling and peeling paint.

Overall the downstairs of the property constantly smelt of damp and had a musty smell. Whenever we opened a cupboard in the kitchen or the wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom, we were hit with an awful smell.

We contacted Agni travel as soon as we saw the issues and in my opinion, after some hesitance to address the issues, we were moved to another villa while the property was looked at and fixed. The team are adamant that it is not mould and the problems we faced were due to “water damage from humidity of the area” - something I really don’t believe.

It is also safe to say the villa had not been cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen table was covered in dust, the couch was stained and a throw on one of the sofas was also stained.

The upstairs of the property is in better condition but the walls heading up the stairs are marked and stained and there are no plugs for the baths.

With due care and attention this villa could be lovely. The issues with what is clearly damp and mould need addressing, the whole place needs redecorating and a very big deep clean needs to be undertaken.

It is really disappointing that out of the villas in this area, this one is not being taken care of as well as the others. We were moved to villa 7 while our villa was being fixed and the difference between the two is night and day.

Arrived at our villa on Rhodes (Villa Athina) at 10pm only to find that it hadn't been cleaned after the previous occupants. It took half an hour and many phone calls before I was able to speak to someone and then they said they had no knowledge of our staying at the villa despite confirming it a few days before and sending driving instructions and the key code. By midnight they still hadn't got back to us with where we would be staying the night so we had to book ourselves into the nearest hotel and returned to the villa the next afternoon.
We were informed that as a 'gesture of goodwill ' they would be refunding us the cost of one night!!! I pointed out that this was a legal obligation, not a goodwill gesture and that I expected the cost of the hotel also and then we could discuss goodwill gestures to compensate for the inordinate amount of stress we had gone through. They were adamant that they weren't going to pay anything more although finally saying that they would refund the cleaning cost, a paltry few pounds which obviously wasn't even our responsibility in the first place!! I have had many emails and phone calls and got absolutely no where. I have never experienced such a pompous uncaring company as this one, they don't care if you have a good holiday they just want your money and then it's pot luck if you have a good experience. Don't use this company they are charlatans

We were informed the day before travel, that the villa wasn’t available. They did however offer a substitute villa. Villa Irene Palace Cyprus. The reviews looked good, so we said yes as to cancel would cost a lot of money.
Villa Irene Palace was dirty, all the bathrooms were dirty none of the doors locked, toilet seats were broken. The decor inside and out was old and depressing.
I could say a lot more about this but won’t. Eventually we found a villa on their website paid extra and moved.
I also suggested that they did not let this villa until it was cleaned and issues sorted

Customer service excellent from the moment of booking.
Stayed at the wonderful villa costa calao in Playa blanca, which was fully prepared as described. Agni staff arranged early entry and were helpful at every stage.
Would definitely book with them again

We would like to highlight our very recent experience of booking a villa on Menorca through Agni Travel. As a middle aged couple, newly together and getting married, this was our first foreign holiday in the sun, and we wanted this to be “special”. So the two of us set off.

We booked our flights and accommodation separately; the villa we chose was a three double bed with private pool. Photos and specification on the web site met our needs and we looked forward to a lovely time together.

The Villa
It was the villa we booked but a very tired version of that which was represented by Agni Travel. There were towels in each of the bedrooms, however, when wet, these towel had a terrible musty smell to them. The main bedroom was an ok size, however, the two twin room would have only been suitable for children. Very little in the way of wardrobe space for 6 people.

The sofa covers in the lounge smelt, the outside cushions were dirty and smelt, all in all the place was icky. The pool was nice but the surrounding garden areas were very overgrown, quite uninviting. The villa didn’t look like it had been occupied in many weeks, never mind maintained.

We put up with this for 5 days, until there was a tipping point. On return from an evening out, we were confronted by cockroaches inside. We contacted the local agents, Sun Villas, who were great in their responses. Cleaners came around promptly and did what they could to make this place more liveable. Cockroaches are apparently prolific in the Balearic’s, but, we weren’t expecting to find them inside the villa.

We contacted Agni Travel by email asking for help as the main booking agent. We listed all the many faults we found, including photographs. Taking time out of our holiday to compile a report that we shouldn’t have had to. We also asked to be moved to a different villa, as this one was very disappointing. By reply, we received condescending and, in our view, insulting emails. Agni Travel stated that we booked a “budget villa”, which was not mentioned anywhere in the marketing. Agni Travel then stated that we booked budget, but were expecting 5 Star accommodation. At £3000 for 11 days, we don’t consider this to be a budget price. Even a budget villa should be clean and fit for purpose.

Agni Travel refused to move us, stating everything was fully booked. Agni Travel passed over just four of the faults, from a long list to Sun Villas. We requested that all emails we sent to Agni Travel were forwarded to their Managing Director and that we required a response from him, nothing forthcoming.

To that end, we must deduce that Agni Travel do not care about customer experience, are condescending to customer enquiries and misrepresent the properties they offer. We won’t be using them again for any kind of booking.
