Experience was 5* from start to finish. Booking the course was easy and efficient with lots of helpful information from Liz. Dave Clifton led the training and we were very please with the session. Dave was very engaging and all involved found the session to be very interesting as well as informative. the practical part of the course was very useful in giving everyone the confidence to know how to tackle a fire.

This was an excellent course that ran over two weeks. While the subject matter is technical and there is a lot to take in, the course was delivered by David at a pace that suited us. Throughout the course we focussed on our own experiences and areas of work which really helped put the subjects into context. We all got the chance to join in discussions and had ample opportunities to ask questions.
Overall, an excellent course with a complicated subject broken down into manageable pieces.

Excellent further support for registering and exam information from Aimee and Liz.

David made the course interesting and helped us to apply knowledge we had learned over the course of the 2 weeks by giving real world examples.
Pace and course material was just right. The guidance from Liz with regard to getting registered and making sure we understood the exam process was very helpful.

Steve was a great trainer and made our First Aid training interesting and fun despite the serious content.

We first started working with Lorna when we had recruited a new employee.

Having not recruited staff for a number of years we wanted to make sure we had everything in place for them.

Lorna really took the time to learn about our business and myself and Kelly as the business owners. This meant the advice we received was tailored to meet our needs and the documents we needed help with were functional but with our personality added.

Lorna advised us what we needed to do prior to our new employee starting, she provided us with a contract that covered everything we needed it to and then she produced our company handbook.

Well, anyone that says company handbooks are laborious has obviously not read one produced by Lorna!

She managed to cover the really important compliance information and guidelines every company needs to pass onto any employee but added some of her own quips and our personality to it.

We didn’t expect, when we read it that it would bring a smile to our face but it really did manage to encompass our company ethos, our personality and the values we have here at Personalised Nation.
