I would not use this company. My experience was frustrating. I paid the $50 lab fee expecting to move forward with TRT, only to learn afterward that TRT services were not available in Louisiana. When I requested a refund of the lab fee, it was denied. I believe customers should be informed of state availability before they are charged. Better communication upfront would have prevented this situation.

Love the way they listen to the concerns. If meds need to be adjusted they do it. Meds are effective and they are shipped very fast. I'm very satisfied.

Very happy with all of the clinicians I’ve met with. And quick to schedule (like within 30 minutes).

Completely wasted my time and money getting laboratory work completed for a medication they are unable to provide based on where I live. They even had me pay for a 3 month supply of the medication, only to they find out they can't offer the medication in Louisiana. They are very disorganized and I get 3-4 text and emails each day asking for information that I have already entered on the website.

Easy phone call with provider. Made me feel comfortable.
Great communications. Good questions asked. Came up with a good treatment plan in less than 10 minutes.
I would have given a 0 star if possible. I followed the text prompts an got my bloodwork and as soon as it was submitted, I was informed to set up a video meeting with the doctor and to pick a date. There are no dates available. After a week of talking with a receptionist who says "I see you missed the meeting" of which I never could set a meeting. Now after not getting any consultation, the receptionist states, "I cannot issue a refund because it's too late". That's not my fault. You can never meet a doctor. This is a scam.

I had a very great experience. This is a very professional setting and all my questions were answered.
She was amazing. She explained everything very clearly and listened to any concerns I had.
