We recently had a new designer side gate fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. After upgrading the garden with composite and glass, the old wooden gate really let the side down, so it was time for a change.

I found Agile Landscapes Ltd on Google and liked that I could easily book a no-obligation site visit online. Chris came out within a few days to measure up and talk through what I was looking for. I sent over some photos of the design I wanted and he quickly confirmed he could source and fit exactly that.

Once the quote was accepted, Chris returned to double-check measurements, and in due course, the gate was fitted. I came home to find it perfectly installed, well balanced, and opening very smoothly. The hinges are solid and sturdy, and the proper lock and two keys mean it can be used like a proper door — much better than the old padlocked gate.

Agile Landscapes were quick to respond and when they visited to quote I found Chris to be personable, professional and I had a definite sense that they were the right company for our project. He broke down the quote into sections for us so that we could fully understand what was involved for which part of the job. I really liked their website, particularly being able to put faces to the team, see the project work they have undertaken and their Instagram profile. I immediately got a good feeling about who we would be working with. Unfortunately, financially we have had to decide that this project will have to wait until next year for us.
Although I can say that when we are ready, we would choose Agile Landscapes to undertake the work.
