KANBAN Workshops
We held 2 workshops, one internal for our team and one with stakeholders. Both went great, we got all the desired information and shared knowledge as well as a large buy-in from our stakeholders for the planned changes within our service team.
There were a few technical difficulties (links not shared, invitations missing) but our trainier Yannick made sure that the workshop was a great success nonetheless. Thanks!
