Started of amazing. Then I could see that once they grew rapidly all over the world, customer support took a turn from being amazing to being less responsive. They do seem to now have fixed it as lately customer support is great again.

I can really recommend using Agicap, saves me a lot of time (and stress!)

We engaged Agicap in January paying in advance for a 12 month subscription, it was a longer onnoarding than we expected, and some banks don't connect but its a powerful tool which we will get value from.

This company is totally irresponsible! The allowed someone to use the software to carry out phishing and that person got hold of my email and sent me an irresponsible email threatening me by demanding 2000 crypto coins and if I did not comply, they would get in touch with all my contacts. I wonder how many other people have been affected by this. Agicap, please give me the name of the person that sent the email, as I intend to prosecute him by law!

Plagued with around 70 phone calls per day to hound you into signing up, from over 30 different phone numbers.

very impressed with follow up and patience while learning the system - great support on video and solid follow through. Makes life a lot clearer regarding cash flow with useful projection and AI integration to save time and errors.
