Delivered the next day which was most important, as necessary for a medical procedure. Wasn’t sure which to get but website was pretty easy to navigate and found what I thought would be most suitable out of what was available. However all small/medium sizes unavailable which was disappointing so had to go for larger size. Would buy a different type next time, but this was ok in an emergency

Products and service by this company have always been excellent. Let down by poor courier used - EVRI.

Easy order process. Quick delivery from Evri . Vivactive bed / chair pads ,..... other uses ... a floor pad after a swim - or shower . Place to put wet / muddy shoes on , etc . great 👍

Quality product, promptly delivered (next working day on Standard Delivery)

I’m really disappointed with this company. I need to purchase incontinence items for my mum on a regular basis. I placed a large order and paid for next day delivery as the items were needed to transport to my mum who lives a distance away. I waited in all day and the next and the delivery didn’t arrive. I contacted the company who told me to wait and check again. I responded to say that the tracking still wasn’t working and I needed the items urgently. On the 2nd response the lady actually checked and identified an issue and reordered the items. I did receive the next day, 3 days after they were due. However, I had already had to travel to visit my mum so had to buy more pads from another provider (Amazon) to avoid a further journey. The final insult is that I was refunded £2 which is the difference between regular and next day delivery. It cost me a lot more in money and time to rectify their mistake. Product was good on receipt albeit packaging very damaged.
