Agena Astro 30 day return policy
Backordered a SeeStar S30 Pro, images were terrible, half purple and half green on short images. Terrible aberrations in WFOV mode. Tried to talk to Agena Astro about the problems but rather than ask common sense questions they just made every excuse for the problem, Moon, light pollution, ZWO says normal. I was even told that they did not see a problem. I was told that nobody else had complained about the product, gosh, if one is perfect they all are perfect according to Agena Astro. I tried to return the product but was told that I had received it even before they had sent out an email that my backorder would be shipped after the date that I supposedly had received it. It is quite evident that Agena Astro doe not honor their 30 day return policy and will do everything they can to delay your complaint/request to get past those 30 days. They are happy to sell, just not interested if they sell you something that has a problem, actually rather insulting in the way they try to tell you that you don't know what you are talking about, nothing but denials. 40 years of imaging comets and I don't know anything about the images that I am taking according to Agena Astro.
