I ordered 100 upholstery snaps
I ordered 100 upholstery snaps, but the order arrived with the wrong snaps and the quantity was short at only 98 pieces. When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a full refund despite sending an incorrect and incomplete order. What was most disappointing was that instead of simply resolving a minor issue involving inexpensive button snaps, they chose to accuse me of lying. That kind of response says a lot about how they handle customer concerns. My experience was unnecessarily negative, and I found a troubling side to their business practices in the way they dealt with a straightforward mistake.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! They do business also on Ebay under "EEKITONLINE" ! Dishonest, sell JUNK, I returned their junk and they now refuse to send me the promised REFUND. If you have a problem, if they scammed you as reportedly they have many, report them to the IC3.gov which is a branch of the FBI that investigates online fraud, false advertising, and white collar crime. Takes 5 min to fill out a report Ic3.gov

I wanted to purchase a switch $10 was very cheap so I looked around and looked around there's only one review on this website All Stars I found the number I called the number all you get is a busy signal this is not this is not a legitimate business you're going to fight to get your money back your credit card company will get your money back but I imagine they count on you forgetting to dispute the charge plus also it is a Florida business Florida known for Mischief in business don't forget they are the home of timeshares and cheating old people
