What can I say but superb company. I have recently bought a diamond tennis bracelet for my daughter for her birthday which was slightly delayed . I knew it was as company informed me straight away and offered a refund but I was happy to wait. That in itself was such excellent customer service. My daughter received it sooner than expected with an upgrade to the diamonds. I have to admit I was astounded as it rarely happens that a company would just go way above and beyond expectations. I cannot praise or thank them enough and if I could I would give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them

The customer service is I credible. They are so very helpful and accommodating, I couldn't praise them enough. The jewellery is of a very high quality and my granddaughter loved her neckless, it truly was very special. Their delivery service is exremely fast and their presentation is fabulous. We do clearly state in our terms and conditions that orders shipped to countries outside the EU, or outside the UK after Brexit, may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by local customs authorities. Our terms also explain that these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by After Diamonds.
The relevant section states:
“Orders to countries outside the EU (or outside the UK after Brexit) may be liable for import duties and taxes. Your country's customs office will notify you of any duties or taxes due on your jewellery order.
After Diamonds is not responsible for any duties or fees levied upon your purchase by your local authorities. You are responsible for paying them to your local customs office to receive your goods.”
