Cooling, but not painful.
So i tried one of the small liners today for the first time, and i wasn't sure what to expect. After a few seconds i noticed a very strong 'cold' feeling. I wasn't sure what it was so read some reviews on Trust pilot and it seems a lot of women experienced the same discomfort, some more than others. For me, the initial feeling was strange and a little uncomfortable, but bearable. I left the liner in place and went to work and about half an hour later, the discomfort left and it now feels cooling. It is comfortable and light (i cant really tell i'm wearing it), and it feels dry.
Now some people might find this a bit uncomfortable to start, so get a sample if you can and see if it's suitable for you.
- side note, i have sensitive skin, so might be why i'm feeling the cooling a bit stronger. But it is in no way painful for me.

The pads keep you feeling fresh
The pads keep you feeling fresh, and dry. I would like a longer version for night time. All in all I as happy with them. My Daughter tried the liners and said they were very comfortable.

Within a few minutes of using these pads I was on fire. The burning sensation didn't disappear, despite me removing the pad straight away and washing the area. The burning took a good 24hrs to go even though I'd only worn the pad for a few minutes. I read that other people have had the same experience and have been told they must have sensitive skin. I have never had sensitive skin. So will be avoiding this product in the future
Also found your reply to my review rather rude. I don't think that having an unbearable burning sensation is a small price to pay. And maybe you need to read your own replies to other reviewers, as some have been told they must sensitive skin. No feminine hygiene product should cause ANY discomfort to the wearer.

It is common for some women to have the burning sensation. In fact, it doesn't burn the skin at all, but our minds play tricks. If you are looking for the cool and fresh feel every day, you would have to go through it, maybe a few hours or a day or two at most. After that, you won't feel the burning sensation any more. So, it is a small price to pay.
By the way, having a burning sensation doesn't mean you must have sensitive skin.

Helpful after child birth
I used the night use sample and have to say since I had my baby a few months back these are the only things I found that bring me some comfort! When I first used one I was alarmed at the tingling sensation but this quickly easies off the smell is lovely and I will definitely be purchasing. Thank you.

Terrible idea for a feminine hygiene product
Firstly and most importantly, since all the reviewers here seem to be oblivious to this - anything containing eucalyptus/menthol/infused with strong herbs OR chemicals DOES NOT belong ANYWHERE near or around your lady bits, unless of course you want either thrush, some major irritation or bad dose of BV. These pads are THE worst version of those terrible perfumed pads you can buy for half the price at boots that claim to help you stay fresh. It's literally the equivalent of Vicks vapor rub & olbas oil doused on a pad - including that horrid hot cold feeling (which burns after a short while of wear). Sure we all react differently to things but these are genuinely horrific and should not be near anyones sensitive areas, regardless of if you think the 'cool freshness feeling' is pleasant. I should have known better than to even give the sample a go and believe me I'm seriously embarrassed at how I thought this was a good idea. If I haven't made my point clear enough - AVOID and DONT BUY THESE.

As it says at our website, AFRESH may not suit everybody. Thus, we give people an opportunity to try it and see if you like or not.
We DO NOT use man-made synthetic chemicals in our products. We understand that some people maybe misled by the smell of menthol. It is obtained from peppermint. Peppermint in fact can relive itching, which has been reported back to us by many women who have tried our products.
We are truly sorry for your unpleasant experience. But, we strongly believe AFRESH is a better sanitary towel, not only because the "cool freshness feeling", but also the benefits and care for women from the herbal powers.
Fresh and comfortable
I tried the night pad as a sample and I liked the freshness and feel. The only downside would be the 6 wings. Found the 4 at the back a bit fiddly and unnecessary. Won't stop me from trying them again though.
