Mate , these paintings amaze me. I ordered copy by Afremov studio . It was well made and cost me less than AUD 200. Loved the shipping from Hong Kong, it took only 3 days for us far way Aussies.

Having this consequence on losing AU$325 for a painting that I cannot proudly hang in my living room, I feel that others should know before taking this purchasing risk.

I still have not received a refund or return label from Afremov studios since I reported my great disappointment to the first finished product, asked for a return & refund on the 20st February. I also asked them to cancel the second order at the same time.
I ordered ‘Sailing to the Shore’ oil painting, fully framed on the 31st January
Then I ordered another small painting on the 12th February meant for my daughter 30th birthday.

The first order arrived, my heart dropped. It does not closely match to Leonid’s original painting. I understand that Afremov does the reproduction of Leonid’s painting BUT the painting skills and colour palette is far off the mark, far from to the likeness of Leonid’s skills. Their website claims that their entire artists are trained to do the reproducing. But no. their skills are on par with art schools & art students.

Second order arrived on 3 March! Another disappointment, they advertised it ‘on special’ that the canvas are ready stretched instead of being rolled. It arrived as rolled in cling wrap. I emailed them again that second order arrived after I request it to be cancelled on the 20th February . I asked for return label so that both painting can be returned to them . 5th march I got refund for small painting only but still no refund for big painting , still no return label. Communication stopped from there.
In total I lost AU325. It is a huge amount to me as I don’t earn much.

I am giving them a 3 star. Reason for that is: you will get a real oil painting on canvas. You will receive the reproduced product. First communication is good but then it wanders to no-reply later.

I am not giving them fourth or fifth star. The reproduced paintings does not closely match to the picture as advertised on their marketing webpage. You may receive a small amount refund for small paintings but you will not get refund for bigger painting. It seems that they reply saying that they will send you the return label in order to “water down” your disappointment or requests.
Postage from them starts from China instead of Mexico.

You are better off buying oil paintings in person from your nearest art local gallery

In December, I left a negative review regarding the failure to receive the certificate of authenticity, to which the company publicly responded, promising a quick resolution. However, despite this response, four months have passed, and I have received nothing. No one has followed up via email, as they had promised.

This shows a serious lack of reliability and customer care. If you're considering a purchase, keep in mind that their after-sales service may not be as trustworthy as they claim.

The sales side was in so very quick to respond and very helpful.

We didn't know if they could turn a piece from landscape to portrait without eliminating parts of what made the piece amazing. We trusted them because that is just how we operate when a company has good reviews and return policy, until they demonstrate otherwise (as seen in my review of anyother online art seller). We bought the customized piece sight unseen, with a little bit of trepidation

I have never loved a piece of art more. None of the feel of the piece was changed by its orientation. Everyone who walks into our two and a half story living room remarks on how dramatic and compelling the painting is. We love it so much that I am currently looking for another piece with a different subject.

I ordered 3 giclee reproductions with frames for my new flat. They arrived from Mexico 12 days after my order. The flat looks very colorful. The art lit up the entire space.

I ordered a painting by Afremov art studio called Rain’s Rustle in the Park . I thought the painting was in stock and was going to arrive fast. But it was made after I placed the order . The the whole process took almost 3 weeks until the painting was delivered. The painting itself looks amazing. Its not the original, but totally worth the $178 I paid

People, do not forget to order stretching or “gallery wrapping” as they call it on afremov. It cost a fortune to stretch a painting in the USA. when, I placed the order, I forgot to add the stretching and the painting was delivered rolled inside a plastic tube. I got a few stretching estimates. The cheapest was $150 when I paid $139 for the painting itself. I contacted Afremov reps . They offered me to return the painting for stretching. But the total cost with the return fees was still $120 . Then they told me about plastic floating frames on amazon . I ordered one for $35 and the painting looks very good inside under plastic glass.

I ordered a painting in November . It was never delivered . Because of the holidays, I didn’t have time to be checking . The package was declared lost by FedEx. The Afremov team was nice enough to provide a free replacement. I asked them to send the replacement by a different company. It was just delivered by DHL. I love the painting. It looks very colorful.

Originally I wanted to give 1 star review. The painting smelled like fresh paint when it arrived. I contacted the customer service . They explained to me that I ordered a recreation which was made per order, not the original painting. I was very naive thinking that the original will cost $178. Honestly, I did not read the description when I made the order. Considering that I ordered a copy, I’m very happy with the product. The painting looks very close to the original. The texture is very thick.

I read some negative reviews here on trust pilot. So, I did not order at first. But I was visiting the site all the time to look at the pictures. the paintings are really beautiful. the site support chat constantly offered me different discounts. I ended up giving in and ordering one painting on promotion for $89. I only accepted to order because they take paypal . If something goes wrong, its very easy to get your money back with paypal. The painting was delivered 2 weeks after I placed the order. I selected free shipping that takes 10-14 days according to the site. The painting looks very good . I hung it above my computer desk.

I ordered from afremov in late December . I just got the package recently. They did not ship until January 10th . Closing for 2 weeks for the holiday is a bit too much. They did not work from December 22nd to January 7th . I would be giving 5 stars for the great quality of the painting. But the shipping took too long so I gave 4 stars.

I bought a replica of an original painting, hand painting by an artist. The shipment was fast and, above all, it is absolutely beautiful and high quality. I am very happy and plan to buy more paintings in the future.

The paintings look amazing. I have seen them before but I ordered one painting from a facebook ad. It was not the original because it cost only $139 but it looked great. IT was painted with oil on canvas just like the original and I could feel the texture by touching the painting.

I have a few of the paintings and bought them because I like the vibrant colours and they look great in my home. I was never in any doubt what they are, some are mixed media ones and some are studio recreations but they are lovely artwork bought for what they are, not as some sort of investment. Anyone wishing to purchase must read the details for each piece to make sure they understand what they are buying.

I had a small query and my email was answered within minutes and my issue sorted within a day so I didn't have and problems with customer support, in fact, they were first class.

The painting is shipped from China.
The certificate states only that the painting is a replicate from Afremov studios.
2 months after I placed the order and without any prior notification, I was requested to pay import duties and fees.

I recently purchased a painting from afremov.com, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The website was user-friendly, making it incredibly easy to browse and buy. The delivery was fast, and the painting arrived in perfect condition. The artwork itself is great - vivid colors and incredible detail that have transformed my living room into a vibrant, cozy space. Highly recommend!

I received a cheaply made print from China. Even the package was shipped from China. You can also find them on temu.com.I will try to get my money back.
