In 2021 my wife and I inherited my Grandparent’s dining room table, purchased in the 1960s, which came with original table pads. These pads recently got ruined and had to be thrown away. I ordered table pads from Affordable Table Pads and, honestly, just hoped for the best. Boy were we thoroughly impressed! These pads are incredibly well made, durable, and look amazing!!
I have told everyone I know! I will recommend Affordable Table Pads forever!

I ordered my table pad on 6/12 and eight days later it was delivered. Perfect dimensions, perfect corner curves. And the quality exceeded my expectations. And I would like to thank Byron and Matt from customer service who helped me over phone with my order.

Recently purchased a very expensive extendable table and weren't sure how we'd find something to protect it from everyday use. It's a dark walnut, a darker brown than most can match, and unfortunately shows ALL dings/scratches/prints. The measurements I sent were for a 45in round table with 20in wide panels (x3). I wasn't sure what to expect, but the brown leather with brown velvet underneath was delivered and perfect. As you walk past our dining room, you can't even tell we have a cover on it, it matches so well. The measurements fit to a T! Gorgeous, beautiful quality, and will extend the life of this crazy expensive table for years to come. Definitely recommend!

We love our table pad it looks great. It is a custom shape and the first one was not correct. I called and left a message as it was Saturday and received a call first thing Monday morning. A new correct pad
came quickly. Found this company had great customer service and stands by their product. Mistakes happen, and they handled it properly and professionally. Thank you

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I recieved this pad $260 later and I had reversed the length and width. On top of the pad completely not fitting my table the pad was damaged. The best the could offer me was 25% off to buy a new one. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

To our surprise, we received our table pad early, and we are very pleased with it. The quality, style and color is wonderful. You did a wonderful job. Thank you!

They refuse to send me a return label and issue a refund after receiving a defective tablepad

I asked to send the tablepad back and get a refund as soon as I got it because it was defective.
Given the overall low quality of the product, I declined the offer of a second tablepad because I did not expected a good result.
I insisted in sending it back for a refund, which should not be disputed as it was defective (sent pictures to them).
They did not send me a return label. They asked me to brake the table pad, which I did. Then, they told me it was not enough. It was only after a very agitated call and several unanswered calls that they agreed to issue the refund.
As said: very low quality product, terrible customer service. I only got the refund after fighting for it. The above review was posted while they were refusing to send me the return label to issue the refund.

Had a custom made/sized table cover for a 50+ year old table. The process was smooth and easy to understand. Looks great and fits perfectly!

We bought a “boat” shaped table with a routed edge. I was a little concerned about how I would be able to measure the table to get the pad to fit correctly without overhanging the edge. Turns out I had no reason for concern. The instructions that came with the measuring kit made for a simple and easily understood process. The pad fit the contours of the table perfectly! The production and shipping of the pad was very quick and the quality of the pad is exceptional! The maglock system is great, we also got the storage bag and the folded halves of the pad fit in the bag with some room to spare. Everything the company provides is high quality. They were quick to respond to our online questions as well. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process or the final product. We give Affordable Table Pads our highest recommendation!

Wow, am I thrilled with my new table pad! Not only was the pricing better than a couple of other options I checked out, but the quality is top notch to boot. I went with the wood grain look, since it will be sitting on top of the table full time, and it looks awesome! I couldn't be happier, thank you so much!!

First, I'd like to say the side of pad facing up was fine and the magnets work well. I purchased the pad thinking the felt side of the pad could be used to play cards which is what I experienced with pads on a previous table and and friend's homes. That's not the case with these pads...the felt is for TABLE PROTECTION ONLY and they should state that on their website. In addition the felt side has gaps from the magnets so not conducive to card playing. The first pad we ordered was shipped with the pad side out and no protection (e.g. plastic wrap) and the felt was very dirty and damaged. We complained and they sent a second one with the same results and the same lack of packaging. The company resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

The table pad is perfect. Excellent quality and durable. Customer service is the best; took care of issues professionally and promptly.

The edges were not even closed. Pad was short 1/4 inch on end pads.
Fed ex left the totally opened box on all side by garage doors with pads hanging out. No shipping paperwork. Open to the rain instead of placing pads on porch.

We finally received our pads 12 weeks after we ordered them. The pads are of good quality but the customer service was lacking. When we paid in full at time of order it stated in writing 3-6 weeks production time. Except for a form email saying the order was in production there was no further communication except when I called or emailed. It’s hard to trust a company that can’t keep their word and is lacking in communication. They will probably give a canned response about trying harder but that in no way resolves how they treated me.

The pads fit great and look good too! It took 8 weeks for delivery which seems a bit long but it is advertised that way on the website. Other than having to wait everything is just as I hoped. Will be ordering again when my dining table is delivered.
