Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service. I would not recommended !!! I ordered a scale with different billing and shipping address. They did not process the order and upon calling they have no good customer service. I told them that I take my business elsewhere. I actually found a newer model of the same scale from another company and they also give me coupon; which allowed me to purchase newer model for less price.

Very fishy order. The item is over $1,000.00 and both the billing and shipping addresses where residences. The customer also had a yahoo.com email address. If we do not ship to the billing address we can get a chargeback from the credit card if it is fraud.

Like the scale if only it would have come with the manual that goes with it. Key pad in the manual I got does not match the key pad on the scale so I cant figure it out. Maybe send me the correct one via e-mail .

Returning Items is almost unreasonable
Returning Items is almost unreasonable. Not having the orginial packing. If you throw away the plastic bag they do not have to accept the product. Granted the scale had a few scratches which was our fault. But we have never had a harder time returning an unwanted item with any company. Don't throw away your bags.
