This place got me out of a tightspot after (I think but have no proof) I may have overtightend a £200 light fitting and put a hairline fracture in the glass.
Stuart swung off his horse, in his shining suit of armour, and came to my rescue. Originally we couldn't get just a replacement glass but he didn't stop until he found me one.
It arrived so well protected I couldn't find it at first.
He then followed it up on Saturday off his personal mobile!! Amazing!
A standing ovation and pay rise for Stuart; take note those higher in the establishment.
This guy is the dog's gonads!!

Utterly amazing customer service & products
Utterly amazing customer service. Bought 5 lights from Josh who was thorough, honest and knowledgeable throughout. I accidentally broke part of one light and he went above and beyond to help me source a spare part. Great range of products, all competitively prices - I had done my research on my lights. Have passed this company's details to all my friends. No affiliation with them at all....just such a treat to deal with a genuine company.

Good customer service
I received my order late on Friday afternoon - unfortunately there had been a mix up on the delivery. I telephoned the team who were great. Within 15 minutes they called me back apologised for the error and had arranged for the delivery to be collected and my correct order to arrive the following day. The team were reassuring regarding the mixup explaining that it would be sorted out quickly and it was. Great customer service late on a Friday afternoon

Fast and courteous service
Excellent service. They even double checked before sending the lights that my order was compatible with my exisiting installed system. There was a slight problem with one of the lights that arrived, but they handled it extremely fast and professionally, organising a refund quickly. A much appreciated fast and courteous service.
