The whole experience from start to finish was faultless. All members of staff were efficient, friendly, professional and very helpful with their advice. Allowed to go to their workshop to see the quartz in larger scale. Even got in non-stock item without any obligation to purchase. Huge choice of designs. Naomi provided excellent customer service throughout. Delighted with the fit, can barely see the joins. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

I've had kitchen worktops a few years back at a previous property through Affordable Granite and was always impressed by them. I've since used them for some off cut marble for bathrooms, but also new quartz kitchen worktops and couldn't be happier. I love it how they let you come into the workshop to see what they have in stock. The small samples most use (and they have in the showroom) aren't really big enough to see what something will look like at the end of the day, but their workshop absolutely gives you this. I've dealt with Naomi several times and she's great at listening to what you want, and then make suggestions. We ended up going with a worktop we found in the workshop and they were kind enough to let us come check the actual slab ours would be cut from before we committed. They even offered to re-seal our bathroom tops (which we got from them) on the visit as well. Their templater was also most helpful in suggesting how to deal with overhangs, etc.

We found the whole experience of dealing with Affordable Granite exemplary. Pre-sales over the phone and face to face at their site in Charlwood, all very knowledgeable. Coordination between templating for our new quartz worktops and central island, removal of old granite and installation all went very smoothly.
We has a slight glitch after installation in that the large printed logo on the reverse of the stone was visible on the underside of an open shelved area. However, AG arranged a home visit the morning after installation for
the logo to be removed and the stone polished. Only 3 days between templating and completed install

Excellent sales, measurement, delivery & fitting. Friendly, understanding and quality products , fitted to highest standard by Sebastian. Admin support staff, also very friendly and always at hand. Can’t rate highly enough.

We met four people who worked for Affordable Granite on site, and spoke with three others on the phone. All were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of the work is faultless. Thank you.
