Product was fine but I asked for the…
Product was fine but I asked for the delivery to be left by our back door.
The driver knocked on my neighbours door and delivered it there. In principle this is not an issue, but my neighbour has a child with special needs and I didn’t want to disturb them. Otherwise fine.

Reimbursement not done
I bought a golf bag. Unfortunately this was not what I was after thus I sent it back.
It has been 2 month now, and rather then reimbursing me they’ve send me back the bag instead. I’ve asked for a solution on their counterpart and they have told me they will reimburse me they’ve send have not. This all process has been painful, slow and still to date not resolved.
I would have expected that a simple reimbursement would be a straightforward process however it appears it is not here.

Extremely poor customer service. Trying to avoid my questions and not offering any help with a purchase I made. Someone called Luke was extremely rude as well. Would not use again.
