The same fraud happened to me as with others. This time I cannot recall ordering anything while searching their website for socks. Then I saw a charge from ACSOCKS.com for $57.91 on 8/22/2024. I twice sent them emails asking what the charge was for and received no reply. I am certain that I did not purchase socks from them because I bought and received socks from Columbia. What a rip-off!

On August 5 2024 I ordered socks from this company, they took $46.93 from my account, but i have never received the socks. I have called multiple times during the past 3 months and never received a call back. I have also sent multiple emails and they have never sent anything back. But yet they continue to send me emails trying to get me to spend more money with discount of $10. There's absolutely no customer service within this company and I would never ever buy another thing from this company. And if you are looking for compression socks please don't deal with this company and become another victim. Go to Amazon, they have great socks there.

I Ordered socks in August, they charged my credit card for the full amount. I have tried to contact them several times with no response at all. The website says ordered but not shipped since August 5, it is now October 1 2024. There is no way to contact them, and there is no tele number. Are they still in business? Took the money and ran,,

Have ordered many times & was happy with the product. But the order I placed July 19 has not shipped (according to the website) yet they took my money. Had to contact my bank & dispute the payment.

the socks that were ordered about 2 months ago have not been delivered and the phone number which refers you to an email (which I had already used) are both bogus. I have never been more disappointed in my life and I have ordered from Affordable Compression socks several times before this.

I purchased from them before, a few years ago, no problem then, so gladly placed my order back on August 6. Tracking shows never shipped, I have tried emailing & calling them multiple times with no response. I have just opened a charge dispute with my credit card company. Very disapointing!

Ordered July 24th. Took payment ad have yet to receive product or response. Reported to the BBB. They didn't respond to the Better Business Bureau either. There rating is F. Over 85 complaints and no response. Reported to shop ap also. Bottom line they are thieves.

Do not order from them. They have this disclaimer that they are backlogged and to allow a little extra time. It's been two weeks, nothing. Order says that it still has not shipped. They will not respond to emails, just like everyone else has said. I am going to dispute the charge.

Fraudulent! I placed an order July 20, and never received it! No response to numerous email

This is a fraudulent website. Please dispute the charges, and do not order from them. The website is fake and they do not contact you.
It is not Women owned, and sadly they are trolls who steal

I have been waiting for 2 pair of socks for almost 1 month (now 8/22/2024), no emails nor voicemails have been answered. I received a confirmation email when I placed the order and paid for it on 7/31/2024.

This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered the wrong socks (order #364702) and every email asking exchange them has gone unanswered or returned to me as an undeliverable address. I have sent emails to every address they have on their web site and they do not respond.
So I'm stuck with 2 pair of socks that I can't use and can't exchange.
I'd say their customer service is bad, but it doesn't exist.

Affordable compression socks is a SCAM. They sent me socks with the heel torn out. No response mailbox full.

I would rate it -5 stars if I could. They took my money and I still don’t have my order. I keep emailing them and don’t get a response.

I canceled the order within 5 minutes of submitting it, meaning there are ZERO reasons to be charged as it SHOULD NOT be shipped. Emails are returned as undeliverable, and, despite their listed promise of responding within hours, it had been nearly 2 days. I'll file a dispute with my CU today then the BBB.

Ordered and paid for three pairs of socks on 12/21/23. They claim they sent them on 12/28/23. On 1/8/24 I sent an email asking if they could find out why the parcel never left AZ. As of 1/11/24 I still have not heard anything back. Post Office is not allowing tracking of package since it has not been accepted by them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They don’t allow anything other than 4 or 5 stars for their reviews on the website. My 1 star did not get published. I ordered 2 pr of the 20-30 mm compression socks and am extremely disappointed in them. quality and sizing. I’ve sent them 6 emails in the last 3 weeks and got the identical computer generated reply. The 7th one a week ago finally got a response and they said a “store credit is being processed,” and still no credit is being issued a week later and my 30 days is running out for a return. Unfortunately I’m stuck with these and am out the money. Wish I had thought to check BBB, where they have an “F” rating, before I dealt with this miserable, despicable, disreputable company. PLEASE, don’t make the same mistake I did. I agree the 5* is a plant here, as well as all the 4 and 5 stars on their website that are bogus.

One of the products I ordered was not wearable after one day. I tried to make contact with the company via the phone, but no one answers. I finally made contact via an email, and they responded via a standard email. I asked for an exchange, since I was told there is no refund. Note, the no refund is not indicated on their opening site. I have been back\forth to inquire about an exchange but they continue to give me the run around. I've had enough and I have reported them to my bank. Stay away from this company.
