Difficult customer service
One of the blinds I ordered was the wrong size. I double checked my order which had the correct size, the sticker on the blind had a different measurement. Should be easy enough, they have their "guarantees" if it's their mistake. I ended up going around and around with the one person who is their customer service. They wouldn't admit the mistake, even with photos showing the correct/incorrect measurements, but agreed to remake it for a cost of $25. The whole thing ended up being such a waste of time and I gave up which is probably what they want anyway. Don't recommend, plenty of other options out there.
