I ordered a book on Chair yoga 13/5/26 and I am still waiting and after several attempts to clarify this with them their support team are uncontactable and may have moved. I can only assume this is a con so BUYERS BEWARE.

Very happy with the sunglasses, they fit well over my normal glasses. I didn’t realise they were coming from America so took a while to arrive! Just in time for the sunshine next week 🤩

Ordered from them and tried to cancel my order very shortly after i purchased it (same day i sent an email and got a response the next day), they refused and said they were still going to send it out even though i explicitly said i wanted it cancelled and a full refund, they just want to try their hardest to keep your money rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. They hadn't sent any information about the order being in shipping at the time of my initial message and their response. Their customer support system is not to be trusted, as they do not care about their buyers in the slightest.

Ordered grass seed it inside packets were very small compared to pictures on website also product bags were damaged paid over £30.00 offered £3.00 compensation so asked for full refund & free return shipping labels still waiting have complained by email numerous times With photos etc
