I ordered a Brabantia bin a month ago and have still not received it. The money has been taken out of my account, I have written 3 emails asking on an update on the delivery status with no response.
Ordered and paid on 20th September, promised 2 days delivery, delivered 1st October (11 days later) you do the math!
They could have informed me about a backlog or other delivery or stock issues but they didn’t so very poor communication and customer service.
