I ordered a shirt from my daughter 4 months ago. I sent them multiple emails with no response. Don’t repeat my mistake.

If I could give zero i would. Ordered item. Never received. Sent 2 messages no reply.they are a scam company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered confirmed but never shipped or received. Obvious scam. Ordered it 3 months ago, too!

It’s been over a month since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received the item. They took payment from my credit card and sent an order confirmation, but I’ve received no shipping information or updates since. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and even tried calling, but there’s been no response at all.

No wonder they don’t accept PayPal- you’re left with no way to file a claim or get a refund. Feels like a scam site. Avoid at all costs!

I made a purchase on May 20th for 75.6 USD, and it has been two months and I still haven’t received my product. I thought it might be because I requested international shipping (outside the United States), so I sent an email asking if they needed me to change the shipping address to one within the United States, but I haven’t received a reply. It has now been exactly two months, and I still haven’t received my order.

I ordered more than 100 EUR of clothes in June and the order was never delivered...it is almost September...

I was googling online to find the best match for the Chainsaw man costume. I found this website; although the photos look suspicious, I was in a hurry and needed to give it a shot. After purchase, no tracking number was received for more than a week; I emailed and called a number of times, but there was no answer. It is very frustrating and regret every minute I made this decision.

Terrible experience. Placed an order, but never received the items. No updates, no replies to my emails. But they took my money straight away. What a scam. Please do not purchase anything from them!

I bought an XXXL Retro Godzilla Hoodie. When it arrived, despite the XXXL label, it was barely a small. Contacted Aesthetics but they haven't bothered to reply. Very disappointing - both the item and the lack of customer service.

I'm beginning to think that this site is a scam. I placed an order for a single t-shirt on 6/14, and it is now 7/20 with no update on the delivery. I've sent three emails and haven't heard back from the shop. I see the charge on my credit card statement and am currently trying to figure out how to receive a refund.

Total scam. I ordered a 'Revenge Embroidery Retro Denim Jacket' for $68.00 a month ago and i have not recieved a single notification or chargeback.

Dress was way smaller than described. It came with no purple cardigan as advertised.

Im pretty sure I ordered the silver reflective lens shades but they sent black ones. The glasses seem cool but i really wanted the correct glasses.

They stole photos from the site dokidoki cosplay. The original cosplay from that site are only $30, and they are selling their bootleg version for $78. The customer service is nonexistent. I had to file a claim through PayPal, and even then the owner was not abiding by their own polices. They wanted me to pay to ship the item back for a return, even though their policy says free 90 returns. Avoid this website at all costs.

The item is of high quality. Very pleased
