I received the product ok but as I purchased the wrong size I emailed you, your sales department anyway, on the 11/10/23 and still have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement of my query. As to how to order the correct part/return this part. Nothing!?
It would be nice to at least receive an acknowledgement of my query!??
