Helpful, efficient and tidy

Our engineer was Darren Wood.
Darren was not only prompt but very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during his visit and his advice was also very useful.
We have two small dogs and he was extremely good at handling them as well.

Lots of contact before visit so clear about date and time. Dean called the day before and when he was on his way. He arrived early, which was good. He was friendly and polite and made no mess. He explained about the new smart meter clearly and repeated it when I asked.

Darren, the gas engineer who replaced my meter after I contacted So Energy, provided outstanding service. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and even shared useful energy-saving tips to help reduce my usage at home. Very efficient from start to finish. Michael Peers rang 20 mins before he arrived to say he was on his way. He seemed friendly, fast and efficient. Took around 90 mins to swap over my gas and electricity meters. No mess left behind. Great service.

Patryk Harazny was brilliant, he called before arriving and even offered me an earlier time slot.
He was polite, well mannered, sociable and just a genuinely nice person.
He worked quickly, efficiently and communicated what he was doing and going to do.

Smart meter instal
I live on my own so I was very grateful to get a phone call from the engineer (Darren Wood) to say he would be arriving in 5 minutes.
He explained everything he was going to do inside & outside the house.
Unlike a lot of workmen he closed my door when he was going outside (I know might be trivial but it matters to me as I don’t like my door being left open).
Everything was explained about how my smart meter works & I was also given advice on energy efficiency.
Darren was friendly & professional in his approach. I’m a pensioner so it is important to me that I feel comfortable in my own home, which I did.
