Their customer service blew me away!
I was very skeptical of ordering from their store, because it seemed quite new and I couldn't find enough information on it.
I decided to go ahead and order from them, after saving for one of their cheapest shears.
If I can sum my whole experience in one sentence it will be: their service is outstanding! I wish I could give their current customer service more than 5 stars! I'll explain why.
I had some terrible issues with my local post office and getting the parcel, they empathized with my situation, and did their very best to assist me in getting my parcel.

- Shears quality: I got the shears today so I haven't tried it yet to give my own personal voting on the quality. I got the Universal Hitachi 6 inch shears. However, they offer instructions on how to care for the shears, along with the shears, which I found to be extremely helpful and thoughtful.
