Doesn't meet the needs of anyone wanting a strong eCommerce platform, basic features for conversion and UX not available, exports and imports too simple and lacking a lot of key marketing data and the customer support is non-existent especially if you choose to leave them which is a shame compared to the top level support of their 'competitors'. Needs a lot of work still to compete with the key eCommerce players out there I'm afraid.
