Amazing personal trainer.
I started having personal training with Becky in July. I was very nervous as I have never done had any personal training before. I really wanted to work on my cardio fitness. She has been amazing, she made me feel at ease from the start. I have been having weekly sessions since then and I have made so much progress. Way more than I thought I would have done. I have gone from feeling like I’m dying from running up the stairs to being able to keep up with my youngest child as she rides her bike.
She pushes me hard in my training and gives me exercises to do at home in between our sessions. She’s always on hand to modify things if I get stuck or when I had an injury.
I would recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or cardio or strength, as she is very knowledgeable and can really help you meet your goals.

I can’t recommend Becky highly enough, I have been doing PT with her for the last few months and feel fitter and stronger than ever. She is hugely knowledgable and really pushes you to work hard and supports you in reaching your goals, the difference over just a few weeks is really noticeable. Her studio is fantastic with a range of equipment, so workouts are always varied. She is really conscientious and the whole experience is well organised and safe. I have also been doing her online zoom classes which are brilliant, 30 minute home workouts that are really challenging but easy to schedule into your day, I only wish I’d started them earlier this year! I’ve had a fantastic experience and continue to train weekly with Becky. Highly recommend!
A person centred and holistic approach …

The sessions are always enjoyable with lots of variety and lots of sweating ! I have tried lots of activities I wouldn’t have done before such as boxing, kettlebells and weights which has definitely improved my upper body strength.
Becky’s on line classes in lockdown were a life saver keeping me fit and giving me downtime from a busy workplace. She has adapted her practice well to cope with the COVID restrictions.
She listens to your goals and is there to help you achieve the best you can. I would definitely recommend Aerobex as a whole.
I really enjoyed Becky's classes…
I really enjoyed Becky's classes arranged by WTW during the first months of lockdown. My gym was shut & this gave me the chance to continue exercising with people I knew rather than through a random site online. Becky's teaching style was clear & she always included different levels on the exercises. I will definitely be looking to continue using the website in the future
Fabulous classes
Becky’s classes are varied and challenging. Being able to do the classes at home is really convenient and were a massive help during lockdown.
Each exercise has different options so they can be adapted to suit all ages and abilities.
Becky is a great motivator and encourages me to really push myself.
Becky also helped me overcome an injury to my leg by recommending suitable classes and exercises.

Best instructor I've ever had!
Becky's classes were amazing. It's very rare to come across a fitness instructor who understands that people are all at different levels in terms of their fitness, but she accommodated for everyone. She kept everyone motivated throughout the class and made the sessions fun, mixing up the workouts each week. I'd highly recommend Becky's classes!
I love Becky’s classes!
I started doing Becky’s online classes about a month into lockdown when I was feeling low in energy and had gained a few pounds. I found the HIIT classes quite difficult at first but after a couple of months started feeling stronger and fitter and even lost a few pounds! I also love the Hi/Lo circuits class and Core strength class. Becky explains all the moves really well and gives alternative options so her classes suit all levels. I would recommend Becky’s classes/training sessions to anyone!
I’ve been doing Becky’s HIIT classes…
I’ve been doing Becky’s HIIT classes since the start of Lockdown and have really felt the benefit. Not only are these classes good cardio, they are also good for toning, especially the lower body. My legs have definitely gained muscle as a result of doing these classes. The classes are always varied and Becky is a very friendly, approachable trainer always happy to answer any questions and I can’t recommend her enough!

Becky really is worth 5 stars. I do both her online classes and see her for PT. Both amazing. PT is tailored to my exact needs and I always feel a sense of achievement. She’s lovely and friendly too. Highly recommend.
An all-round incredible instructor!
I started by joining Becky’s group sessions, and now use her as a personal trainer. She has been nothing short of incredible from start to finish. Each session is tailored to my specific needs, whilst also pushing me to improve on my weakest areas. She never fails to leave me feeling stronger and better than previously. I absolutely couldn’t recommend her classes and personal training enough!
Clear goals, hard work and plenty of fun
Becky consistently plans a session that focuses on my priorities and pushes me to the threshold of improvement (which keeps getting higher!).There's enough flexibility in the session though that exercises can be modified to how I feel on the day. Becky has become an important part of my circle of friends who help me stay on track.
I’ve got my exercise mojo back!
During lockdown I’ve got my exercise Mojo back! Beckys zoom classes have been amazing for me during lockdown. I had been attending Beckys Kettlebells class for over a year and loved them, but when Becky said she was going to do online classes in lockdown I immediately signed up! Becky provided a full and very varied schedule of classes. I was hooked after the first week, and now love doing a variety of her sessions every week. Every session is different so it never feels repetitive and because they are only 30 minutes I can schedule them into my day. Becky provides really clear instructions, demonstrates all the moves and gives several options to ensure your pushing yourself as hard as you can. The fact I’m still loving the classes 5 months says it all and the results are amazing! I’ve lost weight, got so much stronger, improved my fitness level and my body shape has been transformed. I feel so much happier and healthier and now I have the excuse to enjoy more cake! I highly recommend Becky as a personal trainer.
A Personal Trainer with a difference!
I went to Becky because I was stuck in a depressing rut of binge eating & yo yo dieting. I really wasn’t happy & needed help to get myself on track & my head in the right space. I explained my situation to her beforehand & she wasn’t at all judgemental & very easy to talk to.
Becks tailors your exercise to suit you, I suffer with injury & other places I’ve been to before just told me to get on with it & but Becks is different, she cares both physically & mentally & works around the issue with you.
So far I’m 16 sessions in with Becks, I’ve lost inches, my body shape is changing & I truly feel better than ever. She is very encouraging, she works you hard, but I always look forward to her sessions. Every session is different & it’s honestly like visiting a friend, you have fun & walk out each time buzzing.
I can not recommend her highly enough, worth every single penny.

I’ve known Becky for a couple years through Spin and her Kettlebell weekly class (pre-lockdown). I Have always found her to be friendly, encouraging and approachable. Her classes are always varied, so for someone like me, who can get bored easily, they are perfect.
When lockdown happened I was worried that my fitness would take a nose dive, as I exercise several times a week. Becky stepped up and has made zoom workouts my saviour! From the very beginning of lockdown she put on classes a couple of times a day. The times and classes varied to take into consideration her wider client base. I can’t thank her enough for keeping our minds and bodies fit and positive throughout this difficult time.
Although I’m now back to doing some actual classes outside of home I’m still accessing the majority of her online classes too.
I would highly recommend Becky’s classes as there is something for everyone! Give them a try! 😃💪
I have been using beckys services for a…
I have been using beckys services for a year now and they have been so worth while, especially since we have been in lockdown they have helped me a lot not only physically but mentally I have lost inches and gone down 2 dress sizes with beckys classes they really have done me wounders. I will defienlty be keeping up with them on zoom as they are really flexiable and work around everything.

In the early phase of lockdown I lost access to all my regular gym classes including personal one to one training with Becky. I’ve really enjoyed the online sessions Becky has run. Sessions have been delivered at flexible times and are varied in session type from hiit to body conditioning. Although I do miss face to face sessions, the online zoom sessions have kept me fit and healthy through this challenging time. I would highly recommend Becky for one to one and group classes. Give the online sessions a go, they have been my exercise lifeline since March 2020.

I always find Bex classes fun, motivating and suitable for all levels of fitness. A great instructor who guides you through the exercises demonstrating high and low options. There is a great variety of classes to choose from plus the classes are often mixed/changed and are never boring. Brilliant.
I’ve been having PT sessions with Becky…
I’ve been having PT sessions with Becky for over a year now. Sometimes once a week other times once a month.
I was unsure about starting PT sessions at fist due to not being what I considered a stereotypical fitness client. (ie overweight and I do not enjoy fitness) however Becky is amazing! She tailors the PT sessions to my level and is very supportive in a non judging way, plus she gives me advice on exercises I can do at home alongside the PT sessions.
Becky always has a smile on her face and I would recommend her to anyone that asks.
An added bonus is her fab new studio with aircon!
