Very happy with my purchase

Very happy with my purchase! After an initial shipping issue (not Aero Gain's fault), the item was resent and arrived without issue. My only really comment would be that it would be even better if the BTA had shipped with an alternative length of bolt so it can be used without the supplied spacer - but this is easily resolved.

Where is my item?

I ordered my item 7 days ago and it’s been apparently stuck in customs for 5 days. I’ve emailed Aero-Gain and not heard back. I hope I’m not being scammed!

Excellent after market support

The experience was excellent. AeroGain’s support team responded promptly, demonstrating a high level of awareness of my issue and arranging an immediate replacement of the item.

Still waiting for the order to be delivered.

Can’t give a good review of a product if I haven’t received one yet. The order was confirmed on 07/03/2026 and is still yet to make it out of Denmark on 18/03/2026.

The bits I can comment on such as the shopping & placing of the order all went very smoothly and without any issues. The website was clear and easy to use.

Nice product but loose Garmin Mount

Nice product, for me personally the Garmin Mount is too loose (i run garmin edge 540) and it is enough to not lose the computer but it Will move once hand goes against the computer.

How to handle Reclamation

I ordered Tri armrest set and unfortunately got 2 right side armrests. Even before I got an answer to my reclamation, I got a email: replacement part was already mailed to me. Also, the response email was appropriate. They informed that a mistake has occurred and they do their best to correct the situation ASAP. I think the value of the company can be evaluated by the way they handle reclamation.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. The guys looked after me after they learned about my crash during the IMWC in Nice. Helped me rebuild my setup and they gave me such a human experience that is so uncommon these days. Apart from the help the quality of the parts are fantastic they sit perfectly and simply just work

I had an issue with my parcel that wasn’t delivered correctly, and they immediately sent a new parcel, no questions asked. The products once mounted were great and as expected

Back bedroom enterprise

Multiple issues with this 'company'. It's not clearly specified that you will end up paying 27% more if you live in the UK, due to customs charges.
Issues with the goods:
1. After paying the additional £80 to recieve my BTA and arm scoops I realised that the bolts supplied were both too short and not wide enough (I needed M6) and there was no where stating the bolts were M5 or to order M6 instead.
2. Instead of a left and right arm scoop i was sent 2x right arm scoops
3. i also ordered a garmin mount to add to the bta system. when this mount is combined with the spacer they sent the garmin sits further back than my chin (when aero) making the mount completely impractical in this setup.
4. the 'arm pad' is basic foam from the local hardware shop with adhesive on it. no velcro means that if you need to adjust / dismantle, then you need new foam pads again. they look like theyve been cut using kitchen scissors.

after raising these concerns 3 times so far I've been met with absolutely zero response.

The quality of the products looks like basic resin from any old 3D printer with a poor finish. All this leads me to believe that this is not a scalable premium commercial business, moreover a back bedroom operation. Don't buy from them
Six months later (March 2026) - still not received arm scoops despite owner saying they would send. Emailed again twice with no response

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — that’s not the level of service or quality we aim for at AeroGain. Let me clarify what’s happened and what we’ve done to fix it.
1. Customs charges: Unfortunately, customs fees for UK deliveries are applied by UK authorities and are outside our control. We’ve since updated our checkout and FAQ to make this clearer before purchase.
2. Armrest issue: You’re absolutely right that your initial order included a wrong armrest. We’ve now sent replacement armrests twice and also refunded the full cost of the armrests as a goodwill gesture. We hope that you’ll enjoy them once you’ve received them.
3. Bolts and Garmin mount: Replacement shipments include M6 bolts to ensure correct fitment. Regarding the Garmin mount — some setups may position the unit further back depending on spacer use. We’re looking at ways to improve this for future versions.
4. Arm pads: Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

I’m sorry if our earlier replies didn’t reach you — that’s on us, and we’re working on improving our support system to respond faster.
