I booked a delivery slot for a tumble…
I booked a delivery slot for a tumble dryer two weeks in advance and made sure I was available during the allocated time. The delivery window came and went, and 15 minutes after the delivery slot, I received a message saying the delivery had been cancelled and the dryer would not be coming at all.
No warning, no call, nothing — just a last-minute cancellation after I’d already wasted my time waiting.
I contacted customer service straight away and they were completely useless. No clear explanation, no apology that felt genuine, and no effort to resolve the situation properly.
If you value your time, I’d think twice before ordering directly from AEG. Extremely disappointing service

Service is really good, but within an hour of delivery I had a 'rate us' request and then frequent reminders. It took several days to get the appliance installed!
Shockingly poor service and complete delivery failure
I ordered an oven directly from AEG on 28 November, believing that buying from the manufacturer would ensure reliability. That assumption proved completely wrong.
AEG confirmed that the earliest available delivery date was 18 December, despite the appliance being with their delivery partner (ArrowXL) from 4 December. I accepted this date and took a full day off work to be at home, cancelling professional commitments.
The oven did not arrive.
There was no explanation, no proactive contact, and no effective way to contact ArrowXL, who do not offer phone support and whose online chat is extremely difficult to access.
What was particularly concerning was AEG’s refusal to accept responsibility after missing a confirmed delivery date. Despite the clear legal requirement for retailers to deliver on an agreed date or provide an appropriate remedy, I was repeatedly told that no compensation would be offered and that the only option was to cancel and refund.
This left us without an oven days before Christmas, despite ordering in what should clearly have been ample time and having family arriving to stay. The only option AEG offered forced me to buy the exact same oven elsewhere at a significantly higher price to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Communication throughout was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. AEG repeatedly hid behind their courier while refusing to take ownership of a failed delivery.
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering directly from AEG and to use a retailer with reliable logistics and proper customer support instead.
A bit Mean at this time of the year
i called AEG on the 4/11/2025 to enquire about a washing machine they gave me a price of £449.99 i had to show my brother the machine he was out at the time when he came in he said ok so the day after i called AEG to order it they told me it was in a sale till yesterday and had gone back to the original price of £669.99 when i told them what had happened they knocked £100.00 of the price which i was grateful for but i thought was a bit mean as i am a 73 year old pensioner and this time of the year and we have always bought Electrolux and AEG stoves and fridgefreezers
AEG customer service is shocking
AEG customer service is shocking. I would buy from AO or John Lewis if buying one of their appliances. The courier they use (Arrow XL) is appalling. You book in your delivery with them and they decide to arrange the delivery on another day. They then don’t turn up on numerous occasions. Had to take 4 days off to receive our appliance. AEG customer service in the meantime is just to do nothing. Not our fault and wait for the delivery company to get back to you. You try to speak to someone in their customer service and no one can deal with your complaints and keep being passed over to other agents. Buy from more respected retailers!!!
2 steam ovens bought last year
2 steam ovens bought last year, both failed due to manufacturing faults and missing parts, one was repairable the other written off and a completely different cooker offered as replacement. £13k spent on matching appliances and l now have to buy another oven £1.6k so the two ovens match. I even offered to buy direct from AEG at cost but they are disinterested so beware of buying matching appliances as AEG won’t care

They changed the delivery date and now the appliance has not turned up on the day they specified.
I tried to contact customer support of both AEG and ArrowXL but I am just left hanging there waiting for an agent to join on both websites.

Absolutely disgusting service and I havent gotten my delivery which was due last week. And there is no easy way to talk to ahuman, I am on hold for 40+ minutes only for the call to be cut off!! Never buying anything again from them. This was a costly Washing Machine purchase and I alreday regret it. Never go with them, they dont care for the customers once they have your money.
USER MANUAL UNFIT FOR PURPOSE!
No problems with the machine once used.
We did have a major issue with the so called USER MANUAL.
As this document is the new user getting acquainted with a new machine/dryer, learning new symbols and procedures, what to do when something goes wrong and more important what to do when it does.
As a new user this "USER MANUAL" was found to be totally "unfit for purpose" and impracticable.
The font size is a joke
The symbols displayed on on the led panel and what to do when one is are not shown.
The use for dryer only operation is nowhere indicated and I include the website here. The website does mention that it is, if you have the massive amount of time for looking, and was in answer to comments of a similar nature by a customer. It lacked the detail in its explanation to make it work and took ages.
I am afraid a complete lack of thought went into this USER MANUAL.
Logistics failure – Confirmed delivery never made it onto Van
I am extremely disappointed with the service from AEG and their delivery partner. After receiving a confirmation for delivery 16/12/2025, I stayed home to ensure I was available. The delivery van arrived and driver found he had been dispatched without my items on board.
It is unacceptable that a premium brand has such poor communication between their warehouse and their delivery team. Communication from them has been non existent; I reached out to AEG and was told wait to be contacted or request a refund in next 14 days. I expected much better coordination and respect for my time and money.

The build of the dishwasher (FSE84607P - 8000 SprayZone Dishwasher 60cm) I purchased is great, it cleans alot better than my previous dishwasher from another manufacturer and allows me to fit more in.
The installation was done well too, the only negative was there were not more installation slots sooner.
Don't bother, they're unprofessional and not worth the money
After waiting for two weeks for my dishwasher delivery I was advised by the courier that AEG packaged it badly and did not wrap the whole thing in polystyrene. The item ended up misshapen, and it couldn't be installed. I asked for compensation for what happened and for being made to wait another two weeks for an appliance and the best they could do for a £700 bill was £70 off. I refused and asked for a full refund. I also asked in writing what would be the latest date my hard earned money would get back to me. They confirmed that I would have the money by 12/12. On the 12th the refund still wasn't with me. Unprofessional till the end, did not own up to being late (despite having it in writing) and messed me about for another 3-5 days. Fair to say this is my very last interaction with the company. I really hoped they would be a professional outfit with reliable products; I'm very glad I went with their competitor, and it even cost me less overall! Avoid avoid avoid, they are not worth it.

Don't order from these people.. I have tried to phone them as my item was never delivered. I was 95 in a queue and it took 5 hours for them to get back to me. When they did I asked to cancel my order and to send confirmation so I could get a refund. Nothing !!!! I have tried again today no luck still not answering. live chat is just as bad. This is one of the most arrogant organisations I have ever dealt with. Calls to their customer service number end with a recorded “happy holidays” message, with no option to speak to anyone. The chat function on their website claims the waiting time is one minute, yet keeps you waiting indefinitely.
They do not provide a delivery date before you place an order and later redirect you to ArrowXL as the courier, whose behaviour is comparable to AEG. Once the order is placed, cancellation is not allowed. There is no email address available for written communication.
Additionally, they appear to share excessive personal information with the courier, which raises concerns about compliance with the data minimisation principles under the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
An absolute nonsense of a company
My dishwasher broke in September. It's now mid December and it still hasn't been fixed.
Every time a new appointment is made I seem to have to wait a minimum of 10 days, appointments then get cancelled without any notice meaning I've wasted days of annual leave waiting for an engineer to arrive.
There is absolutely no urgency to get the issue fixed from either AEG, Pacifica, or Electrolux AND they have the gall to take your money up front so they lock you in to this Kafkaesque nonsense.
Had I known what I know now I'd have just bought a new washing machine, however as they've taken £160 of my money to not fix my washing machine, I can't afford to buy a new one.
Very likely I won't have a dishwasher working over the Christmas holidays which is just fabulous news.
I'm supposed to be getting a delivery…
I'm supposed to be getting a delivery today. 17th December. tried customer services at 8.30am as I've not had delivery confirmation from their delivery partner. The contact number cuts off; online chat not available and whats app not available. Apparently they are working reduced hours for the festive period, but they don't tell you which hours. The website says they are open from 8am. Its the 17th december, not the 23rd or 24th. I literally have stayed in today for the delivery and their partners tracking is now saying it is coming tomorrow. I can't speak to anyone. Dire.
*update - interacted with their whatsapp eventually who told me they couldn't help as it is all with Arrow XL. They can't do anything about the fact it is late, and they can't cancel the fact we have paid for the old dishwasher to be removed, but we no longer have the dishwasher because it was stolen off our drive, because they are a day late in coming to deliver and collect. I asked for their complaints policy, they didn't reply. Then I tried to send another whatsapp at 12.50pm and it gave an auto reply saying it is now outside their whatsapp hours. We paid more for a decent brand who have been totally let down by diabolical customer service

We still haven’t received our order and have heard nothing since it should have been delivered. I am struggling to get in touch with either AEG or the delivery company ArrowXl. Terrible experience. Oh, and we’ve paid in full but who knows where our order is.
The dryer arrived dirty, and the customer service was terrible
The dryer arrived dirty, without original packaging, and a plastic part underneath fell off during delivery. It did not appear to be new. Customer service was extremely poor. The agent refused a replacement or a reasonable refund, and gave unconvincing explanations about the dirt. I submitted a formal complaint and have received no response. When I called to follow up on my complaint, I was left waiting on the phone line for over one hour without being answered. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Avoid this brand.
Don't buy direct from AEG
Really poor customer service and delivery service they use is terrible. I do not recommend buying direct from them. I purchased an Integrated microwave from them at the end of November and have been waiting for it to be delivered since. Today (16 Dec), the day of the long awaited delivery; they *claim* that they've had an issue at the warehouse and delivery will need to be rescheduled. Given that delivery slots are usually at least two weeks away, I now won't have this microwave before Christmas, despite ordering at the end of November.

Wish I had read a review before buying. Things AEG don’t tell you when you purchase are:
Their delivery company take 7-10 business days to deliver once they receive the order from

Even if you pay for delivery and installation they may not install it if there’s more than 13 steps
They also send the delivery to the wrong depot, so having placed the order 20 days ago, I still have no functioning washing machine because it hasn’t arrived
The delivery company will confirm delivery and only tell you it’s at the wrong depot 30 minutes before your appointment
You will then spend 4 hours waiting for a response in the delivery company chat and no call back hours later
Aeg when you contact them for a refund, are equally useless at responding and I am still yet to receive a refund.
I would highly suggest NOT ordered through their website, unless you would also like to be 39 weeks pregnant and carrying all your laundry to a laundrette for weeks on end…
