Richard was great! Very quick at responding and found us a great Lender to buy our first house, despite the difficulties of myself being freelance and my partner furloughed during the pandemic.

I contacted Michelle many months ago regarding an equity release.
I can only say I had complications with my lease nothing to do with the equity application but it slowed things down.
Michelle looked after me morning , noon and night always at the end of the phone reassuring me.
She was not only my advisor she was someone that done everything above & beyond her position to help & get me finally to my completion.
Doing this alone is hard to put your trust in someone & I can certainly say I trust her over 100%.
