This is THE BEST portable fan I’ve ever purchased! I’ve purchased several trying to find one that puts out a strong breeze and holds a battery charge. I’ll be purchasing more! If you’re on the fence about purchasing this, buy it! You won’t regret it! I should mention I bought the ultra, worth the extra few dollars!

I had an issue with the product not working, so I emailed their support team. They were very responsive and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was as good an experience as possible and it was.

When I first received this well designed, handheld personal fan I really liked the design. I plugged it in to charge it. When I unplugged it the connection piece came out with the cord and I could not re-secure it. I contacted support and sent pictures.
No questions asked it was replaced immediately. This company is GREAT.

I have NOT received my product and have had numerous emails with your customer service staff. I don’t understand what the difficulty is when I have provided you and your courier with a correct address 4 times now. I cannot honestly even give you 1 star. This needs to be addressed and rectified.

The product does what it said it would doe. Love it and will buy products from Aecooly again.

I got the portable desk fan and loved it! But I think I used it too much and it started to slow down. I reached out to the customer service team and Penny helped me address the issue promptly and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to any friends or family since the Aecooly Team treated me as one of their own! Super happy with my experience.

I got the folding pocket fan and it's great. It's small, fits in my bag, and the battery lasts for about a week if you're not using it all the time. The items were shipped quickly and I got them in under a week from the day I placed the order.

Bought a fan in Hong Kong, which failed couple of days later, upon contacting Aecooly I was sent a replacement unit, despite the fact that I didn't buy it from their website.
Overall the jet fan with turbo function looks and feels very nice and provides a strong air stream.
