I started this thing called WMG in April my neighbor introduced it to me as I'm a recent graduate looking to make some extra cash and mind u in the beginning I did make a few Rands but that wasn't long before my credit score dropped within a space of 1 month I hadn't even made a withdrawal at the time it dropped I was still investments my money getting familiar with the platform.R750 is a lot of money for an unemployed person not even our government thinks we worth of that much so anyway I loaned the money and joined little did I know within 3weeks I will be told I must recruit others and help pay for them to join mind you you only earn R24 a day like wtf j must now help people pay to join ,i was labeled selfish by my hiring manager as she calls herself all cause I couldn't recruit people.the 4th week my score dropped and so did my tasks I was now watching 4videos instead of 5 for about 2 weeks then it went to 2 videos from the 15th May until 30th May when I questioned Alison why is my score dropping so fast in a matter of weeks she started with her copy and past responses about the meetings and credit scores mind you no where does it or did it state when we were joining that we would be required to recruit members otherwise we would loose earning if so I would of never bothered,also it was said if I am unhappy with the platform my money will be refunded I 30 days now when I ask for my money back I'm told to wait 7-90days for refund and then.this platform states that they are not scams yet they mislead people into believing their lies and then make it difficult for one when they want to leave.ifbour south African government was in agreement with this platform it would of been in our budget speech this year like u guys claim we would have heard about it through government platforms all they do is feed people lies and false hope making people pose in the group as high earners recruiting large numbers of 20-50 people a day like really where does one get people so fast to join WMG in a day not even our call centre's can do such.

We believe there may have been some confusion. adWMG is an advertising technology provider, and we are not associated with loans or the other matters you reference
I never said anything about loans we were mislead to believe that if we watched music videos and gave rating we for paid no where did it say we needed to recruit more people in order to earn then our earnings drop and they block us from the platform now Alison Gray doesn't respond my messages on watsapp when I ask for my security deposit I paid which was clearly said I could get back.Now u understand me...

I worked with WMG from 2020 until this June. I had some balance on the account that I hadn't withdrawn that they told me they were willing to pay as soon as I issued the invoice. I issued the invoice and their finance manager "Valeria" started ignoring me until she blocked me. The account manager Tonia told me to rest assured that the bank transfer will arrive but for a couple of days she hasn't responded to me anymore and so they are actually trying to scam me. I repeat, I have worked with them since 2020 and have never had any problems other than some delays. We are talking about old money, which NEVER had deductions as per their latest reports in October. Now they don't want to answer.

As great as it has been working with Ad WMG, I must stress the importance of following our guidelines with regards to the level of traffic sent. We have processes and technology on our end to prevent our data centres from being sent too much traffic. However, not adhering to these guidelines can and will prevent the opportunity to scale in the future.

WMG has been our partner for more than three years, and their consistent delivery of excellent results has made them a preferred partner for us. High-quality demand, on-time payments and high CPM, have made them a trusted partner for us. We are highly satisfied with the outcomes and looking forward to extend the partnership to the next level.

I liked that my POC is very friendly and helpful. If there's anything urgent they reach out to me immediately. somehow the integration progess of new supply is a bit slow. And the WMG demand for the DACH region is not as high as expected.

So far we have seen little filling of the impressions we shared with you. We would like to strengthen the relationship and at the same time see both parties win, win.

Our company maintained a productive working relationship with WMG for approximately 1.5 years, from 2022 to 2023. Throughout this period, our collaboration was generally positive and proactive.

However, the partnership faced significant challenges in its final quarter. In Q4 2023, WMG unexpectedly halted payments for their solutions in our inventory. They later announced an ongoing audit process in February 2024, citing this as the reason for the payment delay. Unfortunately, as of Q4 2024, nearly a year after the initial payment interruption, the situation remains unresolved. Our attempts to communicate have been met with unresponsiveness, and payments for the last three months of our collaboration are still outstanding.

While we understand that audits can be necessary for businesses, the prolonged nature of this process and the lack of clear communication have been frustrating. We hope that WMG will complete their audit and address the outstanding payments in a timely manner.

Potential partners should be aware of these experiences and may want to establish clear communication protocols and payment safeguards when engaging with this company.

We don’t expect the WMG team to reply very fast here. We would appreciate you replying our emails to resolve the matter. Let’s start with sharing with us the corresponding 3rd party report in question since we only see overall numbers from the WMG-created dashboard, which was swiftly deleted the moment the WMG team decided not to fulfill their obligation. The deduction was also nowhere near 98%. Feel free to reach out to me for more information.

I'm feeling good in overall about the work between us.

But there is a limitation of working between our company and your company (You require massive traffic for a publisher which we can't expand our operation with maximum efficiency.)

In addition, minimum pay via wire is $1000 which we think it's a big amount for us. (since we can't expand our operation to many sites on our hand)

Also, there is also a problem with communication that may not be very smooth. (No loss of manners at all, just sometimes it takes sometimes for both of us to understand the same picture)
