Broken product! Disgraceful service! No refund!
I ordered a 5 in 1 Complete Hair Styler White with a UK plug from Advisabled. It arrived but one of the curling attachments was faulty. I emailed their Customer Service to report this and was told that the device was fine. I sent several videos of the faulty item (not working) and emailed back and forth for 3 months. Eventually, Advisabled Customer Service asked me to return it to them for a full refund of £31.49 Sterling.
On 10th February '25, I posting it back to Advisabled with the tracking details, at a cost to me of £14.20 Sterling.
On 9th April '25, I emailed Advisable to enquire if they could help me, as the tracking stated that the product has been with customs in China for 2 months. I received no reply. I emailed them again on 3rd May '25, with the full tracking details from the Post Office and received no reply!
Just over a month ago, the faulty product was returned to me. I am disgusted by the service received by this company and would encourage anyone who are considering buying from them to give them a wide berth!
