The personal service from our Advisable account manager was excellent. Very attentive and fast to respond. And we did find a very good resource and had a good project outcome. Overall a success. The Advisable web site as a platform for engagement needs work however. I would suggest looking at some of the leaders in platform-based outsourcing for ideas.
