We love all of the products we received, the only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time it took to get things figured out prior to ordering. Would have been easier on a phone call but was drug out over emails and almost two weeks went by trying to sort it out due to misunderstandings on both sides through email.

I like the overall interaction/coordination with Adver-T. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that they were late from the time I approved the invoice and getting the shirts shipped. I would have preferred not having to ask on status.
