Amazing customer service! I had been having a very stressful few months with an ongoing issue with Virgin Media. In less than 5 minutes talking to Sophia at Advantis she had got to the bottom of what was going on, given me clear instructions on what to do next and had sorted the problem out for me! I had been going round in circles with Virgin media, backwards and forwards for months and getting no where. Now it is all sorted, which is a huge weight off my mind. All in a very convenient webchat as well. Thankyou!

Exceptional service from the lady on the phone today! So relatable and knowledgeable regarding my situation. I felt at ease talking about my financial difficulties and didnt feel judged or pressured in any way whatsoever! Also gave me advice on how to try and lower certain bills. People like her in your company are INVALUABLE to people like me,struggling through and almost always thinking theres no hope or help! For me today,she has turned that phrase on its head!

The threatening letters received from this company have scared my wife to death. My wife is an NHS nurse, this company claims she has not paid enough tax. We phoned HMRC and they say she has paid the correct amount. But still the letters come. How do you sleep at night you vile scam artists?
