The class was well organized and flowed well

I've been a critical care nurse for 5 years and change, maintaining ENPC, ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. in traditional in-person fashion. The 1 day virtual TNCC renewal with the Advanced Healthcare Ed instructors was hands down the best experience I've ever had renewing a certification. I was apprehensive because it's virtual, but the instructors were exceptionally well-prepared and adept at operating Zoom, Power Point, Kahoot; they didn't waste a single moment of our time on fluff or logistics. Additionally, because they are seasoned trauma nurses, they added pearls of wisdom to the already thoroughly-covered content. All of this for a very reasonable expenditure of time and money. The learning experience was fast paced while being laid back, and the instructors are great at building up your confidence for the TNP at the end. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience. Excellent instructors that were very knowledgeable and kept me engaged. Highly recommend this program and love that it’s all online with multiple dates each week to pick from. I don’t recommend the ebook as you can only access on the website for the book.

I would of liked more actual interaction and scenarios to apply critical thinking. Students and instructors had experiences that would of been a great addition to learning. PowerPoints seemed to be a recap from the book which I already read. I appreciate the time and kindness of the instructors.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to communicate with the company. I called for some assistance and was able to talk to someone immediately who was very helpful.
The TNCC instructor got back to me very quickly also with clear instructions on how to proceed with the pre-online class modules and other information.

Heather and Sandy made it easy to move through each scenario. The lectures provided information, that highlighted the text, that I can use in my practice.

The TNCC class was informative and provided valuable information to use at work. The first time I did TNCC was in person. I was very apprehensive about doing it online, but it turned out great!
I opted for the 2-day course, and it was money well spent.

For an experienced ER nurse that just needed a recertification, the challenge course was great! Lots of review materials online available before the test date. Scenarios, high points, everything you need to walk in with total confidence. I'll definitely use them for TNCC. Heather was great.

The instructors are experienced and knowledgeable. The zoom classroom environment resulted in a comfortable learning environment. The entire process is fluid, and efficient. I really appreciate this way of learning as I can focus on listening and absorbing. I would definitely go to another cert class with this lighthearted friendly group. I highly recommend this group for the cert classes they offer.

Wonderful experience. As a “new” nurse to the ER ( spent 25 years in the OR and 20 years before that in ICU ) I was very nervous about taking this. But this was taught in away that it put me at ease and I passed the oral portion easily ( will be taking the written portion as soon as it downloads ). Recommend this any ER nurse !!

I took the refresher course. This is my first time but they covered the info well and in a timely manner. Very good learning environment being able to be in the comfort of your own home. I was concerned initially about doing the TNP without a "body" in fromt of me but the way its laid out, made it very easy to keep up with each step!

Both Heather and Sandra were excellent teachers! Coming from an experienced ICU nurse, but one that has never worked in the ER or trauma. They broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. Great course!
