Ordered on a Thursday,it said if ordered before 4 ,it would be delivered the following day, which I did , then on Friday no battery , rang the company to be told would receive an email ,about the delivery, which says now, coming Monday, well that's a waste of my weekend ,missed a weekend away , totally disappointed

Do not honor warranties and whip out vague generic excuses to get you to leave their support contact line alone.
they are operating outside of trading standards when it comes to their returns policy.
(to prove you have a failing battery you have to take it to a garage to get it tested formally, you cannot test it yourself, and they will just whip out the same genric excuse anyway, shameful).

Hello,
A battery is either faulty or down on charge, there is no grey area. If faulty, we exchange the product absolutely no problem. We send a replacement and then arrange to collect the suspect battery all free of charge. If the battery is discharged (flat) this is not a fault. It simply needs recharging hence why shops sell car battery chargers.
Unfortunately some customers cannot accept this and demand it be replaced then use this platform to express their anger in a review.

Superb Service.
Ordered a leisure battery at 2:30pm, it arrived at 8:30am the following morning. I received emails from the courier (DX Express) with tracking details, and delivery 2hr slot. Very impressed by the service I received from both companies.

Brilliant Service
We ordered our replacement leisure battery on Thursday afternoon and it arrived at 9.07 am Friday morning. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending ABS to anyone in the market for a new car/leisure battery. Also we were amazed the prices had not rocketed in the 5 years since we purchased our 1st one. Helpful and knowledgeable customer service team too.

Service as promised
I’ve never used this company before nor heard of them but now very glad I have stumbled upon them. The service and advice has been so valuable I called and spoke to one of there sales advisors within no time I was through and speaking to someone knowledgeable. I ordered as advised and lone behold it arrived next day through DX couriers. My failed leisure battery is now changed and we can go on our holliebobs without the worry If we have power to run the van.

Great customer service
I had a battery that was just over a year old when it developed a dead cell.Contacted cusomer service with picture proof of Kwik fit battery test, and they delivered replacement the next day. Great service - I've had several batteries from them over the past 7 years, allways the best price and fast free delivery.

I bought a leisure battery for my van, arrived really quickly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately it wasn't the right size for my tray (my mistake) but ABS are sorting a courier to collect it for a refund, I'll definitely buy the right sized battery from ABS.
