If I could, I would give this company zero stars. Ordered in October 2025 and was never sent a tracking number. After a few emails, Xanthe finally sent the tracking info but the strips never arrived. I also wasn’t aware at the time of ordering that it’s shipped from China, not the UK. Anyway, the order never arrived and when I emailed Xanthe and customer care, they wanted me to repurchase and after I did that, I would get my refund. I said I wasn’t comfortable to do so and all communication stopped. Do not buy from this company.

They are a SCAM. I placed an order for whiteners in early October and have yet to receive them.

I have sent numerous emails to Xanthe with false promises of stock shortages and it would be arriving. I have requested the order to be cancelled and my money returned. To date nothing has happened.

I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities as fraudsters and scammmers.

Ordered in belief it was UK company,however they are chinese and whether I get them or not I wouldn't have ordered from the dodgy website

Ordered 17th October. No tracking number, no order received. Company not responding to emails. Yet sending me lots of ads.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered teeth whitening strips on 20th October, emailed on numerous occasions for tracking information, alot of back and forth, to then be emailed on 30th October saying they had "sorted" it.

Absolute shambles, and honestly wouldn't waste your money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced ordering whitening strips. Never again!

UPDATE: After numerous unhelpful emails back and forth today I'm told my order was lost by the delivery company and a dispute has been raised with them. Absolute joke, I did not pay the delivery company I paid these scammers. If you've come to TP for advice, save yourself a lot of bother and go to a reputable supplier. These guys are definitely not that.

Took a long time to be delivered as came from China. I've used these now for 3 weeks, and I have to say, I'm suspicious whether or not they're legitimate, although they have definetely made my teeth whiter, they've only made a small difference

Package got held up at foreign customs and never arrived. Emailed about 10 times over 6 months never got a reply or refund.

I was very worried after I had ordered the Crest whitening strips from their website after reading the reviews on here. I also never received the tracking details in my inbox.

I emailed them and they got back to me within two days with the tracking details and the strips arrived after two weeks, via Holland.

I’m very impressed with the product and they really do work. The team at Advanced Whitening also contacted me to ensure I had received my package and provided me with a discount code on a future order.

Order regularly and so do my family. Great products and always areive on time. They forgot to post my free promotional strips but emailed offering to compensate me for this so cannot complain! Thanks

Item didn't arrive. Contacted them about this and initially received a reply but they're ignoring my emails now. Please avoid this company, they're either scammers or they just have really poor customer service skills.

Ordered crest professional luxe whitening strips they arrived within a week, I had communication from them whenever I had a queries and the product is brilliant, my teeth were stained from drinking Coca Cola every day for years, I’ve only used strips 4 times and people are commenting on my white teeth, I’ll definitely order from them again 😀

Ordered whitening strips which never arrived. I sent 8 unanswered emails to their customer service and tried to get in touch through their website but no response. Paid this company and can’t get money back or the product I ordered.

These arrived nice and quickly . There are so many fakes and scams out there and I have lost lots of money this way so I was very happy that these were genuine and worked well . They don’t come in original packaging however but definitely the genuine article . I’m unable to buy the crest supreme strips now in the UK and whilst these are less effective and take a bit longer to achieve the desired result , they definitely do the job and don’t cause so much sensitivity . I’d trust this company and will re order

Constant emails regarding delivery updates which is great. Delivered before estimate, they seem to be working too. Would definitely buy again from them.

I wanted to write a review on this company as when I looked up the reviews on here (after purchasing and waiting for my delivery) it freaked me out and I thought it was a scam. I ordered 20 treatments of the professional effects and I was sent a tracking number which I could use to see my order. I was shocked to see they were getting sent from China. When I ordered I thought it was a UK company as the address on their website is a UK one. Also on my PayPal there was an uk address and a mobile number. I tried the number and it didn’t work. I contacted PayPal and the only address they had for them was an Uk one. I was emailing the company about my order and but kept just getting my invoice sent though. Not a great start. I re emailed with the title of urgent enquiry and someone got back to me. They reassured me the stripes were genuine and if I wanted to return them I could free of charge. The stripes arrived after a week so not bad. I tracked it the whole way. The box however was purple not blue like the crest stripes you get from the USA. And it had Chinese writing on the side. However…. It also had proctor and gamble on the side with their address in Cincinnati and their head quarters in hong kong. I figured there is no way P&G would allow this on a fake product. I used the strips for 15 days and didn’t see a difference at all. I was so disappointed. I emailed the company for a refund (I sent before and after photos) and they got back immediately saying they would send out a different batch to me. In the meantime I read on a previous email sent by them that most customers get better results leaving the strips on for 45-60 mins. I was using them for 30 mins like stated on the packaging. The last 5 strips I had I used for 60 mins. My teeth got quite sensitive which I didn’t have before. But thankfully they started to whiten. I received the second batch a week after my complaint and I’m on day 3. My teeth are really sensitive off them but it goes away if I stop for a day. My teeth are getting whiter. Not unnatural veneer white like on the adverts but a natural bright white. I’ve had a few compliments. So all in all I am happy. I have 17 treatments left which I will use over the next month or so and I’m positive my teeth will be less yellow and stained by the end. If I want to re-whiten in the future I would buy again from this company as they allow PayPal. Hope this helps someone who is panicking like I was. It’s a genuine company who sells genuine crest strips in my opinion.

I ordered whitening strips on 5th Feb 24. The money left my account immediately. After one months I queried the whereabouts of my order. After a few emails they gave me a link to a ‘delivery company’ to track my order. There looked like a timeline of movement ending with delivery on the 12th Feb - which I did not receive. I phoned the ‘delivery company’. They had never heard of advanced whitening nor do they deal with delivery of packages. I’ve been conned for the first time in my life! I’ve raised it with my bank and will hopefully get my money back but I’d really like to see them get taken down too.
