I was happy with everything except the nipple clamps were broken. The chain wasn't attached to both sides when i opened it, and it was missing the link to try to fix it.

Didn't send item at all
Ordered items express post, 2 business days later had nothing. Used online help to enquire as the tracking said it "hadn't been scanned yet". They told me that it was out of their hands and was an Australia Post issue. Was told I would be contacted via email to follow up. 3 days later I received a refund on paypal with the note "Item not sent, returned to stock". No follow up email to explain.
So not only did they tell me that once it was sent they could do nothing, it took almost 5 days for them to tell me (via a refund) the item was never even sent.
Will not shop from them again. Terrible experience. At least I got my money back.

The tracking number is issued from our warehouse and becomes active once Australia Post scans the item in on collection at our warehouse.
It was in the Australia Post mailing bag ready for pick up when you contacted Anna and notified her that if we could not guarantee overnight delivery you did not want the goods sent and wanted a refund - we cannot guarantee overnight delivery with Australia Post these days (especially leading up to Xmas). Anna actually had shipping go through the mailing bag and search through it to retrieve your package so it would not be sent.
On Monday 12th you were refunded in full for your purchase and post.

i note that you purchased Super Dragon Male delay spray. It is important that you use the product specifically as directed as if you use too much it will cause a burning sensation. With this product less is more.
