I called and talked to 6 different people nobody tried to help me I'm trying to get my AdSense account set up for my YouTube channel they told me that they couldn't help me. Because they didn't know nothing about it. Very bad experience if I didn't have to set up a AdSense to make money on YouTube I wouldn't even set 1 up it's ridiculous nobody trys to help. No wonder nobody can make money on YouTube they can't get AdSense set up and can't get help. Google makes thousands of dollars a year from Ads on YouTube channels. And still nobody has offered to help me I worked my Butt off for 6 years to build my YouTube channel and YouTube and Google got rich off me and everyone on YouTube

Don't trust Google Adsense you will loose your money if you are a beginner like me. If you know what you are doing then my hat is off to you. But you have no one to run and speak to when a mistake has been made or when you have serious inquiries, etc. they for a company that supports AI they don't even offer an advanced AI agent to walk you through your troubles. I don't want to go through the community, I want to talk to a live agent thats why I signed up with Google Adsense. They need to step their game up big time. Might as well stay on Youtube and take what you can get and create ads. its better than losing $250 bucks randomly with their limitedly explained offers that only them, lawyers, or seasoned google ads users understand thoroughly. Trust me its not worth the risk. And the agents who call are not just there to guide you around the interface, they are out for your money. Its like being in a casino, the place is confusing, they are scandalous and dishonorable. I'd feel TOTALLY different about all of this if they came with something like a "30 day money back garuntee" or "if you aren't satisfied then we will..." etc. But no they take your money and dueces, their out. It's a bad look.

Take my advise, only use Youtube for a base platform to sell something (don't even count on them to payout for ads) you won't win their either) your real ticket is your own personal products!

Most people take time to share reviews to be honorable about their experience so consider taking that to heart. We are the companies paid users after all. Good luck to all the users out there.

While I like the freedom of placing ads wherever you like, the statistics on the dashboard and the monthly payouts, my account got restricted from one day to another without a warning during a (human) traffic spike.
The support is ignoring me.

This forced me to find a new publisher because I couldn't run any ads through Adsense anymore despite me not having broken any guidelines ever.

Absolutely worthless. They just keep closing your account whenever they feel like it, despite the fact i have a paid developer account on the same Gmail. The interface is a disgrace to Google itself. They have customer support, who are actually out for your money to spend more on campaigns and spam called me 35 times in 3 days. I didn't pick up because of that behavior, so they closed my paid and ad running account (again), because they say i'm inactive because i don't want to answer their marketing team. What they really tried to do, is block me from using my account > so i would HAVE to call them back.

I use to try it: few year's ago, meeting requirements of AdSense, where I did YouTube videos before. Even to meet requirements is so hard (watch Hours, Subscribers, views) like Huge amount! Now I read all the bad reviews and I have no regrets that I made the right choice back then, I gave up on Absence. YouTube is Amazing! But AdSense not! To meet all requirements is impossible in order to get paid. And robbing people of money like this, Is Not Nice!! Wow!

Google AdSense permanently disabled my account on 10 July 2023 and confiscated accrued earnings (≈ $3,100). I ran a compliant niche site for 14 years, used Ezoic (a Google Certified Publishing Partner) for all ad implementation, and received no prior warning. I submitted four appeals; each returned the same scripted reply — no URLs, no screenshots, no policy citations, no explanation of the alleged violations and no path to remediation. Ezoic was given no usable specifics either. There was no meaningful human review and no disclosure of the logs, criteria or scoring that produced the termination.

Conservative documented impact: confiscated earnings ≈ $3,100; estimated lost income to date ≈ $56,925; estimated site-value destruction ≈ $100,000; conservative subtotal ≈ $175,000. I served formal legal notices (6 Feb 2025; 24 Mar 2025; final demand 30 Apr 2025) with no substantive disclosure.

This conduct raises urgent legal and regulatory concerns: automated, opaque enforcement with confiscation of publisher funds may violate GDPR Article 22 (decisions based solely or predominantly on automated processing) and the DSA obligations on transparency and internal complaint handling for Very Large Online Platforms.

If Google has done this to you: preserve all evidence now — appeal replies, full email headers, AdSense payment exports, GSC/GA exports and any partner correspondence (Ezoic). Then file complaints with the appropriate authorities: your national Data Protection Authority (and for Google Ireland cases the DPC), and platform/regulatory bodies under the DSA (e.g. Coimisiún na Meán and your national regulator). When filing, reference GDPR Art. 22 and DSA arts. 16–20, request a Statement of Reasons and access to the logs used for the decision.

This is not just poor support — it is opaque enforcement combined with the confiscation of earned revenue. Preserve your records and complain to regulators.

Disgusting service, disgusting attitude of managers. They look for any reason not to approve advertising. And if the site meets the technical requirements, they refuse under the pretext of “low-value content”. Shame that google has such a disgusting service, I deleted my account.

Absolutely awful!
They have taken me off the creators fund and wont verify me because my residency is different to my nationality. so what? when I needed help, none of the team knew what they were doing and threatened to no respond to me anymore. I have lost out on so much money. Now when I am trying to chat to someone again it states that my YouTube URL is
invalid... I mean the list goes on and on.. my only root is now to take legal advice which is crazy for something so simple

Google faild my adsense identity verification. first time it verified and after a week it go to need Needs attention and adsense team cant answer why my identity go to Needs attention. what happend with my identity and have no chat support option on adsense I am using adsense with website.

I ain't gotta lie publishers who are seeking for ad networks don't go for adsense this ad network is bullshit. I maded around 113 dollars from it and when it comes to payment date they banned my account due to invalid traffic like bro tell me when I was running there ads since a month they haven't saw my website invalid traffic when it comes to payment date then they realise it is invalid traffic but the problem hasn't ended yet alright wait they cut my almost 80 dollars from it because it is considered in invalid trafficm there policy is bullshit 🐂💩. I ve never expected this from reputable ad network like google adsense they are stealing money from publisher then they also want 32℅ of publisbers earning like wth my one day invalid traffic cuts my 80 dollars of worth 1 month earning. New publishers I highly recommend you don't go with this ad network I know it is reputable but there privacy policy will frustrate you and eat you so pubs don't go with this

I started this as a fun project, now....I am realizing, I have pay $1500 for Clipchamp, story blocks, and kiaber super studios to produce all my videos.

This has to be the worse non service EVER. I have been trying for months to get the help we need to resolve an issue with our account and you can't get a live person to help you. I have to give them a bad review.

Google AdSense is this time so late and bad company for Publisher, reason is the publisher policy is very very strike and hard, publisher dont have any work on site, so dont waste your time find the best site and niches and gain your goal.

I’ve been using AdSense for the past 9 months and don’t plan to switch to another network. Here’s my experience so far:

Pros:
- No contract is required.

Cons:
- Lack of customer support.
- Ad rates can be lower compared to some competitors, but they’re not the lowest.

This platform supports a fake hotel review scam. You are are randomly contacted on Telegram messenger and invited to try it out. You "earn" around €30 the first time. Then after that you have to send money to participate to "earn" more money. The deposits you send are to a crypto account, thus you have no idea who you are sending it to? The deposits can be 3 to 4 per day and is a higher amount every time. I was asked to deposit over €610 in one day. Alarm bells rang at this, so I stopped and cut my losses. I'd advise anyone NOT to take part in this scam, you will lose your money. I read about one person who had a request to deposit over $3200 to get $10000. That is a ploy to keep you active and interested. Please do not send them your money, it will never be yours again.

When there is a problem the only person you can get hold of is someone who wants you to spend more money and literally says unless you increase your spend I cant support you. I will never use again

Google adsense is non sense , I have tried to contact customer service without any help , my adsense money got stuck or on hold by the bank , I can't even reach Google , contact form doesn't even load , and nonsense community help

Adsense policy says no matter what the domain is (.com .net .club .link). They accept all domains. But in reality it is not like that. My .link domain with high traffic didn't get approved despite many attempts. However, despite the very low traffic in the domain of .com, I got approval.

a trash that needs to be recycled. I'm using a limited company that cost money to run and worked for 4 months on a YouTube channel just to be faced with a vague answer from the support/crappy specialists and few words that means: we don't care about you and we can do whatever we want kind of message!
