Products have bad quality and very bad service
Products have bad quality. They provide the worse service I've ever experienced. First, I got no update for shipping unlike other sellers. I got the product in mailbox but it showed on the way in my account. Second and very important, I was not able to apply a retour on the item because the status of the order was not updated. I needed to contact customer service few times with much difficulties and managed to get a label finally but the label didn't work. pff. They are 2 days a week only available for customer services. I had to wait few days to receive an answer that i needed to try again! try again what already didn't work? Tried to call Bol itself and the first women was a real pain in the ass and said it should work in a pontNL pickup point. I needed to explain again that I already had tried that. Then she didn't listen and said no it should work. I said I tried that before. They she hung up. The second woman was a really good girl who listened and said she'd contact the seller and find a solution. Still haven't sent the item back. Don't buy from this seller. You are warned.
