I wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase. This is a scam website. Do not purchase! The dresses took weeks and weeks to arrive.I spent nearly $900 on dresses that are of such a poor quality that I would not wear them even around the house. I have been asking for the return form for weeks and they are still asking for photos of the dresses. I feel completely ripped off and can’t afford the $900 that I’ve spent on dresses that I can’t wea. Do not purchase from this website.

This company is a scam. It is not based in Australia although it shows an Australian address and ABN number. They will steal your money! Eventually you will receive an unwearable item which comes from China. When you return it (at great expense to you) the address they provide you with in China does not exist.

Have spent nearly $400 for an order that's been sitting "dispatched" since 26th Feb. Poor customer service giving an automated reply. Tracking link provided doesn't actually link to anything.
ABN advertised on their site was cancelled in 2024. I have asked to cancel the order and to give me a full refund and no reply. Wish I looked for reviews before buying

Firstly, it took WEEKS to arrive. When it did it was Terrible fabric and they have awful 'customer care'. The dress zipper was broken on arrival, no tags attached, horrible cheap fabric. They wanted me to keep the dress and get a part refund, they said gift it to a friend. I was like, but its not fit for purpose. Finally, after weeks they said we will issue a partial refund, but I am yet to see it over a month later after they said allow 10 days for the money to be returned.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My experience has been marred by dishonest practices, particularly from representatives Emma and Olivia, who consistently provided false tracking information. Despite waiting weeks for my order, a handbag, the tracking status has not changed, indicating that it likely hasn't been dispatched as promised. Additionally, my request for a refund was outright refused. Furthermore, the website misleadingly represents the company as an Australian business, yet there is a discrepancy with the ABN provided. From my perspective, this company appears to be a scam and should be shut down to prevent further exploitation of customers.

Cheap fabric, bad customer service, I've bought 2 dresses and was extremely disappointed with the quality. I asked for a refund a and firstly they would say it's too expensive to return and I'm better of keeping the dresses and getting a partial return which eventually I agreed but surely never seen that money or heard from them again. They are a shame.

Extremely poor quality - didn’t allow me to return, but issued a credit in the same amount to spend on another dress, which again arrived in extremely poor quality. Do not purchase from this site!!!!

SCAM. Same as everyone else on here. Fraud. Awful company, awful people. Terrible quality and do not refund you. Let me pay $50 to send back and then ghosted me. I hope Karma catches up with them. Will be reporting and going to town on socials and also on the radio as I work for a radio station!

Scam! Please don’t order anything from them. Same as everyone else here- I ordered something that I wouldn’t even wear as PJs. Then I’ve had a tiring 2 week’s conversation with ‘Emma’ over the email, her trying to negotiate the price so I ‘don’t have to spend money on shipping to China’ which btw the return address is fraud too. Then we settled on 50% refund and when I didn’t receive it she said ‘let me check with the office’ and that was it. Never heard from them again. I reported them as a scam on Australian government scam watch website but it would take a while to take them down.

This company is terrible. I purchased 4 dresses. They arrived and were all cheap fabric that weren’t flattering at all. For the price of the dresses I expected higher quality. There returns process is even worse. Adrina “Australia” ships out of China, returning these cost me over $90. I have returned these almost 2 months ago now and still haven’t received a refund despite contacting the company several times. They would not provide returns details until I took photographs of each item so they could “see the quality”. I have nothing against drop shipping, but this service is beyond poor.

Would not rate this site 18 emails, items sent back, poor quality, spent 180.00 aus dollars and still waiting, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE !!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Spent $129.95 on a dress that arrived that fits nothing like the images, is made of such cheap material that it makes noise when you walk and has NO labels. No brand, no size, nothing. Cheap, sweat shop quality. What an absolute scam. Have been emailing for days to return, adamant that I want a return, nothing else - and have been offered a store credit or another ‘complimentary’ item from their store. No way. Escalating through PayPal to try to get my money back because I refuse to spend money sending a dress to a non existent address in China.

I purchased online address for Christmas three weeks prior to Christmas. It arrived in January as it turns out I would not have worn it for Christmas or any other time as it was about five sizes too big and the worst shape style sewing quality you have ever seen.
after a dozen also emails I actually got them to send me another address reluctantly because unless you’re prepared to send this back to China you’re not going to get a refund so the other dress arrived. It was supposed to be denim. It was advertised as denim it was as is all of their products are cheap polyester again way too big again a weird shape and again a horrible horrible material. I got back in touch with them and now they’re ghosting me. I’m not talking about Kmart prices here I’m talking about quite expensive fashion items so please don’t buy from them.

This is NOT an Australian company so don’t be fooled. Took so long to arrive I thought I’d been scammed and the product is sub standard and cheaply Asian made. I’ll be lucky if the dress lasts one outing. Don’t waste your money.

Takes so many weeks to arrive. Terrible quality. And then when you make a complaint they offer you part refund. Part refund never comes, and by the time they string you along it’s too late to complain through pay pal. Sizing is way off, material is plastic. Awful. They end up not responding to emails, Facebook messages.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 dresses totalling approximately $160 took weeks to arrive and where absolutely disgusting. No tags on them to even know the size or brand so I contacted them for a refund as neither fitted and was so poorly made. I was met with the most horrible service and they tried too convince me to keep them and offered me 50% refund to which I declined. I spent another $35 to
send them back to CHINA to an address they supplied that clearly is non existent as the package has been sitting in Chinese customs since 23rd December last year.
Wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing as clearly they are ripping off so many people. We ALL need to put an angry face and comment on every post they put on there FB page even though they delete the comment they can't delete the angry face.

I was met with the most terrible service trying to convince me to keep them and “re-gift” them (what a joke as I wouldn’t even donate them) and to accept a small partial refund to which I declined. I spent another $40 to send them back to CHINA to an address that clearly is non existent as the package has been sitting in Chinese customs for well over a month. They will not resume to any messages. STAY AWAY. They are stealing honest hardworking Australians money.

The quality of the dress is really low. It is nowhere matches the photo advertised. Wished I read the reviews before. Wasted my money. Spent $80 on a dress that's probably worth $10.

Warning!! There’s a reason why the postage takes 4 weeks.. it’s because this cheap low quality dress is from SHEIN and re posted from this company Adrina. Terrible material, terrible fit, can only be thrown out. Don’t buy from this company. Dress comes with no tags, no size and has cotton pulls at every stitch end. Disgusting that you are scamming people like this.

Don’t use the word Australian and keep ripping customers off… I returned a dress in first week in November 2024..Payed $30 in postage to return. Email them many times asking where my dress refund was. Only answer was that it was coming. Have been tracking my order and now it reads untrackable through Aust Post!! YES, I’ve been ripped off and won’t get a return. It’s been nearly 12 weeks. No answer from them now. They need to be reported. The quality of the dress was disgusting. The business needs to stop trading and stop SCAMMING!!! Never again from this company.
