nice location and friendly staff!
will sure stay there again!
Clean&Quiet
Clean, nice room. Quiet neighborhood. The metro stop is 500m away.
Everything you need
Welcoming staff, easy check in. Price was good, and the room had everything we needed for a brief stay. My only criticism would be that the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great, you can hear the TV and conversations from neighbouring rooms. Regardless of this I would stay again.
Quiet and safe location
Quiet and safe location, easy access to Hammersmith tube station. Very friendly and attentive staff. Got a great family room with very comfortable beds. Will definitely book again next time in London.
Excellent stay
Excellent stay. Comfortable beds, clean room. Very good position, near bus and underground stations.
difficult communication
of the 2 people/owners we interacted with at reception, one was very polite and welcoming. The other not really interested. I left my phone charger in the room by accident and when I tried to follow this up within 24 hours it was painful to get any answers (still waiting to hear back either way over 2 weeks later).
Room was clean as per other reviews.
Fantastic!! Highly recommended!!
We were staying in the family room for 7 nights and we enjoyed everything! The team is very nice, the rooms are very clean and has all u need, the location is perfect - 5 min' from 4 lines! great neighborhood! Highly recomemmended!! Thank u for great experience!
Excellent Value for London
I've stayed here several times now as it's only a short walk to the Hammersmith Apollo which is where I was going. I think this hotel is really good value for London. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean with comfortable bed and really nice bathroom, and there was even a mini fridge in my room. A very short walk to the underground as well so would be suitable for visiting London for a few nights.
Family room
We stayed in a family room. The room had everything we needed. Bit of a shame they weren’t offering breakfast as I thought that came with the room but it didn’t really matter. Excellent location for an overnight stay after an evening at the Eventium Apollo. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
comfortable hotel
we enjoy our stay on this hotel,
positive:
- cleaned room
- silence
- Reception (customer care)
- near the subway and restaurants
Negative
- king size bed
- carpet on the room
Clean affordable hotel
Clean, quiet, functional and affordable family run hotel in a great location.
Spacious, basic offering in good location
Our room was really big and comfortable, although the bathroom had a few bits broken and could do with an update.
Hotel is a short walk to Hammersmith station and lots of shops / restaurants.
The hotel failed to answer queries before our arrival both by email and through their website, and mentioned on arrival that they're short staffed and hence had fairly basic provision (e.g. no breakfast offering and delays on room cleaning). However, they were friendly and helpful in person and happy to look after bags etc.
Very clean and simply hotel
very clean, no frills hotel. off a quiet street. if I am in the area, I will stay again.
Good experience
Good experience, good location (very close to the Tube or bus station - in 30 min max to the center of London)
The hotel is very simple but clean, with a good quality-price ratio. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend for 1-2 nights.
I would stay again.
The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was great for the price. It's just a short distance from the tube station and the Eventim Apollo theatre, and just 25 minutes on the tube from Heathrow. The rooms were perfect for the night.
Great Hotel
Great hotel to use as a base for all London. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was spotless with everything I needed. I will definitely be returning.
Inexpensive and convenient
Great value! Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and Hammersmith tube station. We were fortunate to have the only room with an air conditioner. Rooms very clean, and serviced daily. Unfortunately, no breakfast offered due to Covid. Would happily stay here again!
Lovely hotel
We've spent a lot of time here. The hotel is lovely and spotless.
