As the Co-Founder of The Better Cat, a small but fast growing consumer goods company, we needed support to build up new features to boost subscriptions, AoVs and in general, improve our payback model. We needed someone who understands tech, product but also has a business acumen to work independently and prioritise high impact topics. We perfectly found this in Nico - he's a guy with an immensely high sense of ownership - quickly helped us fix speed issues and low hanging fruits followed by launching major features like our bundle builder.
