Very very hard to get claims approved.
I’m very tired and want to say how torturing it to get claims approved.
I have insurances for other members with other insurance company and for the same package it was approved instantly. I can submit proof upon request.
We submitted all required documents multiple times for a standard health check up "package" at a well-known hospital in Dubai. Despite full compliance, the claim keeps getting rejected without a clear explanation, even though we are eligible to a certain amount reimbursement per year in the quota and table of benefit as we have Platinum insurance, which is not a standard one, but the highest one in your selection.
This process has been unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. A valid claim is being delayed without proper justification, which raises serious concerns about the insurer’s reliability. Based on this experience, I am seriously considering withdrawing all current insurance policies.
