I submitted for treatment and paid extra to expedite that care. Over 14 hours later my file still has not been reviewed. They will not issue a refund- per their own policy. The message portion was denying me access so I had to call and waste even more time. The only resolution they offered was to “resubmit” my treatment request. Total joke and scammed out of $50.
My advice- use Call On Doc- it’s quicker and cheaper. Had my RX at local pharmacy within 5 minutes for less than this site charged.

Very quick, easy, thorough (they detected a reaction to one of my current medications), but I was nonetheless able to get my antibiotics, pick them up the next morning at my local pharmacy, no problems at all!

I chose this company based on a couple of great past experiences, but this time was extremely disappointing. I needed UTI medication urgently, and their website promised that, for an extra $5, my request would be reviewed by a U.S.-licensed provider and sent to my preferred pharmacy within 1–2 hours. However, even after two hours, I hadn’t received any update.

I called customer service and spoke with a representative who put me on hold and then asked me to wait a couple more hours for the review because the providers queue was running behind. At that point, I requested to cancel my order since it had not yet been reviewed, and she confirmed it would be canceled.
The next day—nearly 23 hours after my original request—I received an email stating that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy anyway. I contacted customer service again and spoke with billing to request a full refund, but they told me I would need to submit my request via the company portal using their ticketing system. It was incredibly frustrating how the billing department was unable to assist with the refund. After submitting a billing dispute ticket via their portal, the following day, I received an email response offering only a $5 refund for the express fee. I challenged the $5 refund a few days ago but haven’t received a response. I doubt I will receive a response. They provide a scripted email response and then ignore you.

I would not have chosen this company if not for their 1–2 hour express review promise. Given how urgent UTIs can be, I found this experience misleading and lacking in accountability.

Later that day, when Admired didn’t fulfill my request within 1-2 hours, I found Walgreens Virtual Healthcare which charged just $39 for UTI treatment, and my review was completed in under two hours. In contrast, I’ve used Admired three times for the same issue and paid different prices between $45-$65 not including the prescription. Their pricing is higher than most and seems inconsistent and constantly changing. For my most recent request, the cost started at $76, but after I left their portal, they immediately emailed me an offer for a $20 credit with messages stating, “UTI Antibiotics in 1–2 Hours — $20 Expires Soon. With Admired, your UTI intake will be reviewed by a U.S.-licensed provider and sent to any local pharmacy you prefer in as little as 1–2 hours.”

A dishonest company that gives nearly identical, canned responses to every customer complaint, so please don’t bother responding to my complaint.

I was suffering with a uti and I couldn’t get in to see a doctor. This was a very good experience. I would definitely do it again

I would like to thank Nurse Practitioner Lisa Bolgar for the excellent treatment. The process was fast, affordable, and even better than an in-person doctor visit. I completed everything online while at work, and my prescription was sent to Walgreens and ready for pickup when I got off work. Highly recommend!

I must say I’m not happy with how the website operates. When I ordered I clicked on the medicine I chose because I had the same issue before, so I knew what kind of medicine I needed to order. I completely didn't see anything that said about doctor fee at all. I wouldn’t have minded the fee, but I didn’t see it listed anywhere. I was charged a fee, which I thought was for the pills I ordered. I needed the pills quickly and thought this website could get them to me quickly. That did, however I just wish the doctor’s fees had been made clearer. You click on the order until check out and but I never saw any word about a doctor’s fee at all. Again, I don’t mind paying the fee, but I just wish the fee schedule had been clearer. They should let you know about the fees before you place an order.

I did an online consultation for UTI symptoms and paid the extra fee for expedited service (1-2 hours per website), in order to get medication to my pharmacy same day while I was at work. I didn’t get a response by end of work day so I called and was told it would be expedited. It is now 24 hours later and after calling again I still haven’t received a response, even though they accepted my payment. I will have to go to urgent care today, defeating the whole purpose of online treatment, and also dealing with pain past 24 hours. The customer service is useless and I will never use them again.

Fast accurate impressive

Admired attended to my needs immediately as it was after hours; but I got a response and my prescriptions the next morning.

I was able to get the help I needed with out being treated like I didn’t know what my needs were.

Scam! More than willing to take $80 a pop just to have doctors on retainer and no script written which works for malpractice avoidance. Cheap is expensive!! Money best spent going to a “real” doctor!!!

This company made me feel comfortable immediately. I'm seeking a new PCP as I left the prior practice due to dissatisfaction.

Service was fast, efficient, and easy.

I had been having symptoms on and off of a UTI for almost a week. Thought I had flushed it out but woke up Sunday morning with severe burning. Urgent care didn't open until 7 and was a 1/2 drive. I found Admired through a Google search and decided to try. It was $60 with expedited service. I didn't have to speak to anyone and my prescription was at my pharmacy by 10:30 AM. I'll never use urgent care again for something like this because of how easy and quick it was. Thank you!

The form was easy to fill out. I wasn’t feeling well & didn’t have to get out & wait at Urgent Care. I probably had my RX in about 3 hrs. They answered my question I had.

Dr. Bethany Ganz was quick to prescribe the medication I needed after I answered a few quick questions online. I was able to get fast relief and medical aid! I also received a follow up email asking about my progress as well as additional information to contribute to my health. Everyone is compassionate and professional!! I highly recommend Admired!
